Trust me, this series is unlike anything I've watched before.
The whole idea of time-traveling to reunite with the person you once loved and mending a relationship that was left unfinished? It hits so hard emotionally. I'm literally getting emotional just writing this.
And that's not even the best part. The drama also blends in action and thrilling investigation scenes that keep you on the edge of your seat. Every episode leaves you wanting more.
Oh, and can we talk about P'Mie? She is unbelievably cool.
The charisma, the bravery, the way she handles every situation... she's such a badass. fr

I know the series has received mixed reactions, especially from viewers who expected a stronger focus on intimate scenes. Personally, I think its greatest strength lies elsewhere. After meeting Itthi, Rit develops feelings for him almost immediately and decides to pretend to be that childhood friend. What begins as a single fortune-telling session soon becomes the starting point of a story filled with romance, secrets, and unexpected twists.

Personally, I had been following this series since the release of its Official Pilot on Moonlight Glow's YouTube channel, and when the full series finally aired, I felt it lived up to my expectations.
One of the things I enjoyed most was the way the story developed gradually and logically. The pacing allows viewers to get to know the characters and understand the progression of their relationship. I also liked how the series incorporated beliefs, fortune-telling, and rune stones into the storyline. It gives the series a unique identity and makes it stand out from many other BL dramas.
The cast is charming and delivers solid performances throughout the series. The actors fit their roles well and make the emotions and relationships feel believable. That said, there were a few scenes where the acting or dialogue felt slightly unnatural to me. Fortunately, these moments were minor and did not significantly affect my overall enjoyment of the story.
The production quality is another strong point. The cinematography, camera work, lighting, and visual composition are all well executed, resulting in many beautiful scenes that enhance the atmosphere of the series.
I was particularly impressed by the intimate scenes between the characters. These moments were filmed beautifully, balancing romance and sensuality without feeling excessive.
The use of lighting, framing, and visual aesthetics helped make these scenes both emotionally engaging and visually appealing.
Overall, Magic Move is a BL series with a fresh and interesting concept. By combining fortune-telling, beliefs, and romance, it creates a story that feels unique while remaining emotionally engaging. 8/10 Under-appreciated showA story about missed connections and second chances. How many chances do you give each other to get the love you deserve? Daonuea and Nine meet when they're each going through a low point, and they find a connection with each other.
They return to their normal lives and are not in touch for 3 months, when Nine shows up in Daonuea's life suddenly.
Little by little, we peel a layer and find each person's truth.
Their lives are messy. They're impulsive and insecure. It takes great courage to ask for what one needs because the fear of rejection is very real, and the fear that the trust will be broken again is ever-present.
Even with the slightly confusing editing style (which I got used to), I did enjoy this series. I applauded Daonuea and Nine every time they made the courageous choice and cried with them when courage failed them.

So I wasn't expecting much from this drama. I was in a mood and decided to search up some spicy BL dramas to watch and weirdly this one came up. What I wasn't expecting was the emotional toll and surprise I had. Though I was so angry with the dude with the glasses (forgot his name) for using the other guy like that during their college years. And the guy went crawling back almost, I was like NO. But anyway, their acting was absolutely amazing and the guy with the glasses knows how to look at somebody. The amount of eye contact was insane. There is just too much indecision and characters thinking to themselves and immaturity, and not enough being braver and acting on what they're thinking. I get that this is all part of any relationship, but not for an entire series, down to the last few seconds.
And Benjamin should have gotten a swift kick to the curb. It was implied that Benjamin only invited Yanase back to Vancouver because of personal interest, not professional interest. Yanase should have realized this, rejected the offer, and stayed with the guy he already knew he loved. Finding and fulfilling love is too important to put in a shelf for a year, not knowing if it will still be there if and when you return.

10/10 So heartwarming and cuteI loved this movie so much. Not only is the movie it self good, but the soundtrack is beautiful! My favorite song from the entire soundtrack and movie would have to be the title track Wish You. The way the movie is emotional and some points, heartwarming, cute, and amazing with an incredible story line and plot is mind blowing. The last 10 minutes had me crying, kicking my feet with joy, and screaming out of happiness. I don't know how to react to this happiness! ! recommend this so much to anyone who wants to watch a cute romance story with character and development. This movie gave me butterflies on some parts of how cute it was.
I'm for sure rewatching and am currently looking for movies similar to this.

10/10 Whoever wrote this is an actual genius
This show was genuinely an absolute joy to watch. When I first began watching it, I wasn't aware there were scenes after the end credits until like episode 4, so if you haven't watched it yet be sure to wait for/skip the credits for those scenes!- The plot is honestly very heartwarming and cute, especially if you've had your own pets. I really sympathized with the feelings of loss, nostalgia, etc in this series.
- Both the main couple and side couple stories were so good. I admittedly took more interest in the side couple because I found it to be a more unlikely but cute romance.
The main couple was to be expected, but I'm glad this series had a happy ending.
- As for the title of my review; I think it's really cool how the (what do you call the people who write these stories again?
Authors? Directors? I don't know film vocab.) creator incorporated the stereotypes of dogs and cats into the story. It's again, to be expected, but it was nicely done in a way where it doesn't feel too awkward but you're still like,
"ohh yeah, he was for sure a dog," y'now?
- At any rate, this is a really cute series and I highly recommend it. Honestly I'm surprised this BL isn't talked about as much, it deserves more love. Twisting the plot around, two guys are in love with this one guy's dead reincarnated (?) pets...huh.
