10/10 A Treat for the Eyes and Ears

10/10 A Treat for the Eyes and Ears
Your Sky is a perfect blend of stunning visuals and a beautiful soundtrack. Despite the cast being relatively young and new to the industry, their performances are pretty solid. Each actor conveys their character's emotions naturally, making the story feel immersive and engaging.
They portray their roles so well that it feels like the characters have come straight out of the novel and onto the screen.
However, it's the main couple that truly stands out. Their portrayal has a lot of emotional depth, making their love story even more compelling. While the supporting cast does a good job, the lead actors have a presence that makes the entire series more enjoyable.
The chemistry between every couple feels smooth and natural, without any awkwardness. Some viewers might have initially felt that the main couple's dynamic seemed a bit restrained, but that was actually intentional. Since their characters start off pretending to be in a relationship, a certain level of hesitation was necessary. The way they handle this stage so convincingly shows their potential as actors. As the story progresses, their bond develops in a way that feels genuine, making their relationship even more satisfying to watch.
Visually, Your Sky is stunning, with a talented cast and beautifully crafted cinematography. But beyond just the visuals, the music is just as impressive. With a total of 7 OST tracks, the series isn't just a treat for the eyes but also a joy to listen to. Each song perfectly captures the heart of the characters and their emotions, making every scene even more impactful. The melodies are memorable, and the lyrics reflect the story beautifully, securing the soundtrack as one of the year's best. It wouldn't be surprising if Your Sky wins an award for Best OST.

9/10 Love Triangles? Try A Whole Geometry Class

Gelboys is a coming-of-age story that captures all the messy, emotional chaos of Gen Z teenage life, crushes, situationships, jealousy, and all the drama that comes with it. It really reflects how teens today live, especially with social media playing such a big role in their lives.
What I love about this series is how real and authentic it feels. The story doesn't try to sugarcoat anything. It shows teens making mistakes, falling in love, getting hurt, and figuring themselves out along the way.
Visually, the series is gorgeous. The aesthetic is really well done, and the busy city setting adds this energetic, youthful vibe that fits the story perfectly. The acting from all four leads is incredibly natural-it never feels forced. Each character shows a wide range of emotions and brings something different to the mix, which makes the dynamics even more interesting.
Now, let's talk about the plot (it's a wild ride):
* Person A likes Person B.
* Person B likes Person C, but stays in a situationship with Person A until Person C agrees to date him (yep, it's a deal).
Total breadcrumber energy.
* Person C is Person B's best friend-not actually in love with him, but craves his attention and probably uses him for clout and likes. Later on, Person C ends up liking Person D.
* Person D is Person A's best friend and secretly has feelings for him. Sadly, Person A kind of uses Person D to make Person B jealous.
* Eventually, Person A dated his girl friend-probably a rebound move. But they didn't end up together.
Gelboys is not a lighthearted watch. It's messy, chaotic, and painful at times, but that's exactly what makes it so engaging. It portrays the emotional rollercoaster of youth without holding back.
This series reminds me of Only Friends by GMMTV -but in a teen version.
No surprise there, since the screenwriter also worked on I Told Sunset About You, which explains why this series feels so emotionally layered and beautifully written.
Overall, Gelboys is a well-crafted, emotionally rich series that really stands out. In my opinion, it's one of the most intriguing shows l've seen lately.

Wholesome, alas with room for improvement

Well, a wholesome themed series finally found its end, and I assume it ended exactly as everyone assumed from early on, lol. Which, well is no shame, but a bit an ongoing watershed between good and REALLY good series. And it is a beef I have with series I know others see very different. I like BL stories, but personally I feel a BL just on its own just doesn carry enough interest for me, with some rare exception when either the actors or the directing is so great, it does all the job, like some of those small Korean
"Kammerspiele" - small chamber plays which revolve around two people with little extra.
But that is not the Thai style, and if I compare it to, right now
"Goddess Bless You from Death" (Pooh/Pavel) I felt there was a lack of story here. I mean BESIDE the love, a background against which the lovers to be develop and measure their growth. In this, this series was quite shallow waters. David/Wave had a very helpful memory loss, with Lava first disliking and then falling for him. Not entirely a really breathtaking or new idea, alas. As it is that story was well written and performed, but it had a foreseeable hiccup at Episode 9, the inevitable and again entirely foreseeable "j remember the past but not you" which again to no one's surprise made the 10th episode extremely rushed. So many problems were solved, even a one year time skip. Nothing about the coup, no development of the parents or the fake marriage, not much to see of a year of suffering. And suddenly a five minute happy end, which was nicer than other five minute endings but as lacking as such endings unavoidable always are.
‹ Avaliações de usuários: That Summer Goods to mention are the scenery, the locations, camera directing and also the many beautiful songs. A scope of many different moods between the actors and their stages of relationship. However, being true to heart, Winny/Satang is not a power couple. Both seemed to act reserved and I have seen many stronger emotions on display given the dramatic moments involved. Satang's acting is okay, but I just could not really feel so much behind the face of Winny.
He just sorely lacked the strength to show anger, fear, sadness convincingly enough to me. Often it felt more like a variations of stares. One could accept this, if we had a backstory, maybe he was traumatized, maybe if he had a form of autism or anything that would explain such a reduced facial reaction. It was just a love, given the acting, thinking of it without music, scenery and story supported I had a hard time to buy. Even in wording, I missed those powerful breaking points, explaining deep love or deep suffering at least in words. If you compare it to other series actors (First, Fourth or Pooh) there is just a way too steep difference.
I laude them for making an unusual couple, breaking a bit from the mold. Winny is no model type and Satang is. Winny is stoic manly but Satang isn't "feminine" but strong on its own. It saddens me to say, but Winny just was the weak link of the entire series. And I hate to say that because it seems like "I just want perfect doll actors", but he just didn't work for me as a convincing lover. And the problem is: it isn't their first roles, even though their first main couple series. So how much air to learn to act better is in the stars.
As a wholesome series I felt well watching it, I wasn't bored, it was okay, but against the rising competition it felt just weak. Sure a lot of series are worse, but a lot also now are just better. Just take Pond currently playing the excentric Mafia boss and you know what I mean with really interesting acting. As ever making use of the full scale, it is one of the more difficult series to rate, knowing some prefer just BL and not too much other stuff, so I split it up to explain:
STORY: 7 DIRECTING: 8 ACTING: 5 MUSIC: 9

10/10 A dark korean BL

A Korean seroche with actors all over thirty (31, 33, 34) and all of them, as is often the case in East Asia, looked ten years younger. I was curious about the project. The first parts were gloomy and at the same time seductive, rough.
I had already seen actor Jeong Ri U, who plays Jeonghan, somewhere and at first I didn't know whether to hate or love him, because from a despot and a rude man he gradually turned out to be an unhappy loving lamb. In any case, he charmed me over the course not only with how he portrayed the character, but also with his aura, appearance, tall figure, long fingers. In the dark beginning, in his apartment that looked like a poorly lit pharmacy, he sexually abused his half-cousin llya, whom the creators hit on the head with a frying pan so that he would have the affine up to his eyes and look like E.T. at first. But everything gradually changed, especially with the incredible turn in the characters' behavior. I fell in love with both of them. There were also small flaws in the processing and details, but that was not important. What was important was how addictive the whole story made me with the Korean acting's austere coldness and unmistakable deep-sounding language ... just great.
I also really liked Suhyo- the cafe manager with his beautiful Korean face, this time without affine. Great satisfaction.

10/10 The Cursed Love - The Series That Stole My Heart

10/10 The Cursed Love - The Series That Stole My Heart
I don't even know where to start because this series has truly captured my whole heart! "The Cursed Love" is pure magic - every scene, every glance, every emotion feels so real and beautiful that I can't stop thinking about it. fo
The acting is incredible, and the chemistry between the main leads is just breathtaking - so natural, so deep, and so full of emotion. Every time they're on screen together, it feels like the world stops for a moment. Their connection is something truly special. +
The story itself is amazing - full of emotion, mystery, and love. I wait for every new episode like it's a gift, and it never disappoints. It's such an underrated series that deserves so much more love and support!
And the OST... oh my heart ( Sung by one of the main leads, Ongsa Tthuchh, his voice is absolutely stunning - melodic, warm, and full of feeling. It fits the story perfectly and adds an extra layer of emotion to this already beautiful series.
"The Cursed Love" isn't just a show - it's an experience, a feeling, something that stays with you long after the episode ends.

10/10 "Series So Good Even Its Haters Can't Look Away"

Burnout Syndrome is a razor-sharp, emotionally charged series that isn't afraid to dig into the realities of modern pressure-ambition, mental fatigue, societal expectations, and the quiet breaking points people hide. Its relevance hits even harder today, as the world debates whether artificial intelligence can ever replace the depth, nuance, and raw humanity of real artists. This series answers that question boldly: it cannot.
Gun Atthaphan delivers a performance so layered and visceral it's impossible to look away. Off Jumpol brings grounded intensity and emotional precision, while Dew commands every scene with quiet power and surprising depth. Together, their chemistry elevates the narrative into something unforgettable. Their work is a masterclass in what human storytelling truly looks like.
The success of Burnout Syndrome has also exposed an unfortunate truth-some people, threatened by its impact, have tried to smear its reputation out of sheer jealousy. It's almost embarrassing how transparent those attempts are.
But in the end, the pettiness only proves the show's strength. When a series is this good, it naturally rattles those who can't compete with its quality.
Bold, timely, brilliantly performed, and unapologetically human-Burnout Syndrome stands as solid proof that authentic talent will always outshine manufactured noise.

10/10 office romance, age gap, employee/boss, food is the love language, coming of age late in life

10/10 office romance, age gap, employee/boss, food is the love language, coming of age late in life
At first because of the visuals of the actors, I thought it would be boring to watch - An old guy falling in love with young guy.
But dang !!!
I was wrong. And good that I was wrong.
It is such a brrath of fresh air. I loved this series.
It's about a younger man with a long cherished crush on his boss (ten years older and going through a mid life crisis who decides to save and seduce said man with pancakes.
It's wholesome, comforting, sexy, and a very necessary narrative about still having hope, interests, and openness to affection at any age. It's coming of age/queerness packaged in a subtle critique of expectations around masculinity and love and loneliness... and it's beautiful.
MUST WATCH!!

9/10 Wonderful 2nd chance love

9/10 Wonderful 2nd chance love
"I will follow you.
Forever, all my life.
No matter where it is."
Heartbreak, hurt, fears, insecurities, and learning to trust again are the tropes of this series. And, oh, does it do them justice!
I felt every heartbreak.
Every past memory hit right where it hurts.
Their love is simply mesmerizing to me.
This series also underlines how hard it is true grand trust again after having been hurt that badly before.
Hence, there is a lot of drama here. However, these dramatic aspects are not front and center, but rather an underlying current. This makes it all the more amazingly good to me.
The ending is really amazing as it turns their story into a circle with the ending they should have had from the start.

10/10 A Heartthrob Journey Of Navigating First Love (and Friendship)

Kakeru and Yamato shows that when two souls know each other, nothing stops them from being together. This is a sweet story about how feelings can be complicated, but yet so sweet and subtle.
Kimi ni wa Todokanai is fresh, clean and feels like a dream.
The backdrops, the bridges, the costumes, the gardens are so perfect that the entire series just laid out a nice theme for these young lovers. And I loved every scene of this series.
Yamato played by Kentaro Maeda is the handsome young man who looks stunning in all those statement clothes and wraps and overalls. But I just fell in love with Kakeru played by the charming Haru Kashiwagi and his expression of being confused or just having a bad hair day. Both these men have the perfect chemistry of hesitation, affection, confession, feelings, confusion and ultimately love for each other.
I loved to see the pair in each other arms. When I find the person who loves only me in all the world, I would drop everything to be with him and just to be there in his arms..
Kakeru, you did the right thing, trust your heart!!

10/10 I love this so much, please season 3

10/10 I love this so much, please season 3
First off I'd like to say it love is love. If you have an issue with someone loving some one else than that's your problem.
There's no grooming so stop talking about it or acting like there was ever. This is a very good show. Shintaro is a smart young man and knows what he wants in life and figured it out at a young age. Akria on the other hand Shintaro's love interest well...lol different' story. It seems like he didn't know what to do with his life and just went with the flow.
That doesn't mean he isn't a good soul tho. When they where both younger it turns out Akira saved Shintaro's life and that event stayed with him for ever and that's what made him fall in love with Akira. Shintaro makes a promise to himself he doesn't want to see Akria cry and wants to be by his side for ever to protect him.
I feel like season one started out slow and I would have loved to see Akira stop acting like the way he did the first half of the show. Even when Shintaros an Adult he still acts the same way it even continues in season 2. I really want to see a season 3 but he needs to stop acting like a kid. I feel like most of the problems could have been avoid if Akira would grow up and stop causing them and just ell him how he feels and stop pushing Shin away. I feel like i spend the half of the second season yelling at akira to stop breaking the relationship lol. I want to see there relationship as a real couple now for season 3.

Seriously, the series is a masterpiece, the characters are amazing, the interaction between them is amazing, and Om's acting is 10/10 as usual. Ling is amazing. He's very handsome, and his acting is very beautiful, literally, actually.
I have been enjoying this series for a while now and look forward to watching it every Friday. I'm currently obsessed with the duo. They are my favorite duo now. The series, in terms of story and acting, is very wonderful, and the atmosphere of the series is enjoyable, from sadness to extreme joy. I highly recommend watching the series, you will not regret it. My passion has truly returned. I love Om and Ling very much.

10/10 Excellent

10/10 Excellent
So far (ep. 9), it has been an incredible love story and not because it is extravagant or shocking, but because this is a story where the beauty lies in the characters' authenticity and the show's celebration of queer love in an everyday setting. They paid attention to all the right details and it shows. Duang's patience, intentionality, and vulnerability are rewarded as he pursues Qin who learns how to heal through the process and opens himself up to the possibilities of a kind, gentle, and all-encompassing love.! have rewatched so many parts of this story already and I will hold it dear to my heart for a long time. They took what could've been a mundane or even boring storyline and highlighted all the beautiful things that love can do when two people put in the work to water it and to maintain it.
Lastly, their ability to show us true queer sexual and nonsexual intimacy truly made me fall in love for this story.
The chemistry between the actors is off the charts and it shows all throughout the show. Oh Teetee and Por, I hope you get all your flowers. It has been so much fun (with some agony) to wait every week for the episodes. Also all OSTs of this show are magnificent!!!
