10/10 Uplifting and cheery

10/10 Uplifting and cheery
I like the story, I like the cast, I like the writing. This just made me smile all the way through. Heartwarming and cheering and happy. Why can't there be more like this than all the down, gloomy unhappy ones? Loved both leads.
Totally got invested in them. A heartwarming story. I was cheering from beginning to end!
I haven't seen either lead since this one! Where are they hiding. My heart melted every time Sejin Lee was on screen.
Just fell in love with this guy.
l've seen a couple of videos where this one has been made into a music video and it still makes me happy and makes me smile! Good Job! Well done! A favourite of mine for sure!

10/10 Totally enjoyed.

Previous reviewer was a little hard. As a story, romance and problems of a square relationship it was fun. It brought in other emotions like jealousy, possessiveness, hiding a secret love, unrequited love, directness by one lover, misunderstanding which can always put a potential relationship in danger until a timely good explanation. The present at the end was very funny and brought up the newness of a relationship again. I enjoyed the actors and series a lot. I would recommend it as a good BL series. The rest of the staff must be a bit blind though, and how is that going to work going forward?

10/10 Another masterpiece of Hwang DaSeul

Let Free The Curse Of Taekwondo is so well written, directed and acted. Hwang Daseul surprising us and delivering deep stories with complex and adorable characters.
I must also highlight the excellent performance of Lee Seon, in his first drama. Kim Nu Rim also stood out a lot in his first role as the protagonist, showing how much potential he has.
Nu Rim and Lee Seon delivered such a great chemistry, charisma and outstanding performance.
I hope that many people can see this series that transcends the romance, which touches us and excites us, and makes us eager to look forward to the next episodes.
Congratulations to everyone involved in this series. You have created another beautiful masterpiece!

9/10 CUTIEST CUTIES TO EVER CUTIE!!

Boys be brave.. You did it. MY CUTIES!!! I can't lie when I say they are SOOO cute and I can't believe its already ending.
Everything was great from the acting to the music in some scenes. I wish it was longer, but it was great while it lasted!!
STORY:
Jung Ki Sub is Kim Jin Woos friend, if you can even call him that. His acquaintance at best. When Jung Ki Sub asks to stay at his place, and having no choice but to accept, how will Jin Woo be able to keep it all in when Ki Sub is his secret crush?
THOUGHTS:
Lets cut to it. As much as I'd LOOOOVEE to give this a 10/10, I just can't. Somethings.. Missing. First off, the second couple. I felt like the 2nd couples screen time was rushed.
They gave JUST ENOUGH for me to understand what was going on. As much as I enjoy both of their visuals, if you're going to not give at least close to an equal amount of screen time, why include them? It felt like they had less screen time than a cameo in a drama. Secondly, the female character.
I'm not saying that I hate her. Personally, she is such a cutie and I would have loved to seen more of her and I can understand her doing what she did, but its just the way she felt the need to be so upset with Ki Sub and even trying to ruin him and Jin Woos relationship. It might be reasonable, it might not be, but to me its kind of.. Crazy? I mean yeah, ! may do something crazy to protect my friends, but if its in the past then it's in the past.
ANYWAYS. Now that we've gotten the bad out of the way, lets cut to the good!
Almost every scene between the two brought a smile to my face, the twos chemistry is BREWING!!! Everything from the staring into the eyes to even just giving him a keychain made me giggle. The communication? Lacking? NO! Although Jin Woo usually kept to himself, there was still such a bond between the two that made it a great dynamic. Speaking of the dynamic.. Jin Woo being like a black cat and Ki Sub a golden retriever?? АННН!!! I might just pass out from cuteness!! Their pairing altogether is just GOLD. The warmth they could feel within each other..AHHH!! The way Ki Subs heart monitor would increase because of Jin Woo?? MY CUTIES!!!
In all, I love this SOOO MUCH. And other than the things I've mentioned, this drama was so cutie and I'd put my life on the line for Jin Woo and his cute expressions!!

9/10 Perfect to binge and cry

9/10 Perfect to binge and cry
Each episode is around 15 minutes long, but around 10-12 excluding the review intro, and outro. This is a perfect short series to watch under three hours (estimate time: 2:30:00) The story keeps going each episode, with fluffy filler that doesn't take up too much un-necessary time. Now for opinion, I loved watching this and their little moments together, and the conflict and injury between characters. I was laughing in the first few episodes and screaming in the last few from excitement or surprise haha. Each episode has romance no doubt, and you focus and three characters, (one introduced more in a few episodes in) the camera and quality work is beautiful, and the actors being you into the moment. Some people might not be satisfied with the ending, as it kinda leaves it an open book, but you could easily understand what is to happen next. I am sad we miss out on that part, but it adds to the story and effect, so it impacts you more. Don't worry open the the open ending, we don't really miss anything, I loved it and I know you will too. So, I definitely recommend to binge watch. (I cried in the 10th episode Imao) Overall; I would give a 10/10 but it meant the standard and was very exceptional, I still loved it though, every minute -Quality 10/10 -Romance 10/10
-Interesting 9/10 -handsome cast 10/10 -plot 10/10 YO PLEASE WATCH THIS, ITS A MINI ROLLER COASTER THAT YOU CAN WATCH WHILE EATING OR SMTHING.

9/10 Honestly wow.

9/10 Honestly wow.
I cannot express enough how much effort I know they put into this series. They portrait mental illness so well and mourning off a loss one. Not to mention the side couple.
How one of them couldn't figure out who he was and clearly wasn't mentally well. Everything about this series just made me feel like I could trust someone. They did this series perfectly. But also the relationship was so toxic. I feel like the top guy lowkey was really rude to the other guy.
Especially the scene where some..assault took place. It was honestly hard to ignore. Sadly no smut, but it's okay. Still such a great series.

9/10 Kissable Lips: A Bittersweet Tale of Love and Sacrifice in a Rushed Mini-Series

9/10 Kissable Lips: A Bittersweet Tale of Love and Sacrifice in a Rushed Mini-Series
The show explores themes of love, sacrifice, and the supernatural, focusing on the unique relationship between a vampire and a human. The series had the potential for longer episodes, as the mini-series format didn't fully do justice to the story, character relationships, or growth. Many crucial moments felt rushed, which weakened the connection between the characters and the audience.
However, as a mini-series, it was executed well enough. The chemistry between the two leads was strong, and the actors were well-cast for their roles.
I have seen people complaining about the abrupt ending, but again, for a short series like this, it was pretty good. You could see and feel the pain in both of them-the connection, love, and grief from death and even separation or self-sacrifice. Then, life after that, not giving up despite such a sad ending to their love, and continuing with love in heart and memorie.

10/10 By far one of my favorite office dramas

10/10 By far one of my favorite office dramas
I don't typically like to call things "cute" but the entire time I was watching this, I found myself constantly thinking "aww that scene was very adorable" Which on my part felt really cringe to be thinking but I can't even lie, that's simply what it was - The character development was done pleasantly so, and even the side characters were nicely written. I can only think of one minor problem in this series which was that the MC's first love randomly disappeared in the series. Like, he seemed to be a big part of the plot but just vanished from the episodes.
- The ending is very wholesome and didn't leave me feeling like anything was missing or needed more clarification on.
- Not part of my actual review, but I really wish dramas (not just this one) had like- side/after story episodes or something. I'd love to see what the future looks like for this couple.
- Anyways, I wouldn't call this a DRAMA because there's honestly nothing too heavy in this, but l'd recommend it to those who're looking for a easier, lighthearted, happy-toned series.

7/10 Not bad, not good

7/10 Not bad, not good
It started off not the most engaging for me, then the plot picked up a bit, just before the end it all fell apart again, but the last scenes were really beautiful and heartwarming. The five stars might not be enough, but up to ten would be a lot, so it has to be seven. Over the course of one evening, the characters grew close enormously quickly, which bothered me a bit, but in the end it turned out that Lee Joon was primarily happy to finally meet someone he could be honest with and whom he could trust. It was once again confirmed that opposites really attract each other so that they can complement each other.

10/10 Loved these

10/10 Loved these
These drama is so good. I really enjoyed watching it. It is easy going and has nice story. And sometimes we all need some time for ourselves to heal. And some can become our strength to pursue our dreams. If someone love us and care about he will always wait for us. And these drama also show that love is between two souls not two bodies. If you love someone nothing matters all matter is that and our happiness. We are only going to Live once so live doing things we like. And I really appreciate the hard work of actors and crew members who made these series these brilliant and worth watching for it audience.

10/10 Surprise!!!

10/10 Surprise!!!
I came here determined to rate 10 stars no matter how low the other ratings would be. I couldn't believe my eyes. To be honest, I have no idea why I loved this show. There was hardly a plot. Everybody seemed a bit slow, the boys were girlier than girls, batting their lashes and moving their hands awkwardly, everything was so impossibly innocent and pink and sugar-coated, it was only short of rainbows and unicorns. Some scenes were plain embarrassing. Yuck!
Still... I was hooked, OMG!!!! I couldn't sleep or work! What got into me!!! It was like a spell. My heart sunk several times, I almost choked trying not to wake up everybody by laughing in the middle of the night. Right now there is a huge smile on my face.
So. I didn't like it, but I was mesmerized by it. And that's all that matters. Best BL so far. Good job

10/10 Well balanced Drama

As a big fan of Gong Yoo, I was eagerly waiting for his next drama, and The Trunk did not disappoint. Both Gong Yoo and Seo Hyun-jin delivered incredible performances, and I truly felt they brought their characters to life.
One thing I really appreciated was the romance in the drama.
Unlike many mini-series these days, which often rush romantic storylines due to their limited episodes, The Trunk took its time. The slow progression of the relationship felt so genuine. Watching the main characters grow closer, depend on each other was absolutely beautiful. It made their connection feel authentic and realistic, which is rare in shorter dramas.
I also want to highlight how well-balanced the drama was. In my opinion the storytelling avoided being overly dramatic, which is something I see often in other shows. In many Korean dramas, certain plot points are exaggerated for mystery or drama, only to fall flat by the end. But The Trunk avoided that pitfall. Every twist and turn made sense, and nothing felt out of place.
Fun fact (Spoil alert) One thing I found really charming was in the final episode included Jeong Won living with cats and Noh In-ji with a dog. Because Gong Yoo, who lives with cats, and, Seo Hyun-jin who has a dog, brought this personal touch into the drama. It's such a small detail, but it made the story feel even more genuine and warm.

10/10 Basically a piece of pure art

This is what I call a amazing dorama.
Sky Castle is a dorama when you thing is going really high, they climb higher and make you be more than surprised. I remember when I watched it was at least one plot twist by episode.
I really recommend you to give a try. Sky Castle is a type of drama that every single character you need to keep an eye open because they could turn your hope into angry. This was a nonstop watching dorama, once you start you get addicted to the point you only think about what will happen and with who.
All of the families and his stories are really interesting. Each of one have your own feeling but make us rethink about how we should treat our family.
The OST was also amazing. I'm not the type of person that keep listening to the soundtrack once I finished the dorama but "We all lie" keeps in my mind everytime I remember of Sky Castle. The best OST I ever heard.

10/10 KDrama at its best to date!

10/10 KDrama at its best to date!
Having watched so many TV dramas for decades, this is a real gem. Don't listen to the haters. Amazing production (notice the details of everything, even the home appliances exude luxury), the story (though its a remake of BBC's Dr Foster, but which remake is better than the original? This), and most importantly, the Mind Blowing acting especially from Kim Hae Ee. It's not your average Kdrama. It's an emotional roller-coaster, keeping you at the edge of your seats through all episodes, it's the best. Hell of a ride that you will never regret!
