I know it's harsh but actors will always be judged by their looks. Obviously, acting is the most important but they literally make a living by their looks. Of course, they’ll be judged for it,they're not regular people doing common jobs.

Jiyeon is okay but the male lead is too old for the role and for her too. I wouldn't have said he's too old for a romcom before but after recently watching Love Your Enemy, the main leads really didn’t do justice to their roles. I know that actor isn’t even a bad actor. The actors who played their younger versions were much more enjoyable to watch. Certain genres should be left for certain age groups and if they really want to go for it, they should cast actors within a similar age group, like in Love to Hate You.

You're right. I recently watched Love Your Enemy and the main leads weren’t giving it at all. Their younger versions looked way better for the role.

Now the rating seems perfect. Don't get me wrong, I liked this drama, but I thought 8.7 was too high for it. A rating of 8.5/8.6 seems perfect for it.

I didn’t mean that the male lead got the role through nepotism. I meant that he became the director of the company in the story through nepotism. Even the female lead's character mentioned that he looked too young for his position. I think they intended this,they wanted someone who didn’t seem fit for such a high position in the company. It was part of the story.

This drama isn’t serious tho.It was made for fun and giggles.ML was placed in his position bcz of nepotism,you understand that right?

The way people say the male lead doesn’t look like he’s in his 30s as if Moon Ga-young looks like she’s in her 30s? She barely looks 26 or 28, yet no one talks about that. A bunch of hypocrites. The way they’re trying to sabotage him from getting different roles,you can’t convince me they’re actually his fans.

Having acting or singing talent is important, but having a pretty face is also one of the necessary steps and that’s not wrong. We just shouldn’t judge ordinary people by their looks, especially when they aren’t earning through their appearance

But the person I was talking to likes him despite knowing about his infidelity, yet she hates on on-screen cheaters. Hypocrisy much?

Sometimes, I get surprised by the rating and how the story actually turns out. Considering the mess the writer created, this drama deserves a rating below 7
