Many are saying the ratings have something to do with haters,but after finishing the first 6 episodes, I'm struggling…

It's a slice of life demon story. There's plenty happening, but if you're expecting case of the week, drama every episode then I can see why it's not for you. The slow pace and quirky characters is refreshing for me.

I mean...did he really have a choice? Emperor has already murdered his dad without the tally - think he won't murder him. Giving the tally gives him time to sort things out AND to find out who's loyal to him in the army so he can make a move if need be.
