regarding point 2, i don't think she was planning to ever go back to the mountain again even after the revenge ... i think she would've just stayed for her mother business and that's why she put the bell initially in her mother store before leaving [according to point 5]... and that's why she sincerly thanked MXY for the opportunity to let her leave the mountain ... i feel she genuienly didn't want to stay in the mountain.... and felt like he save her at that point
For the grave, my idea about why she did it because once she discovered everyone is dead and she burried all of them, by nature she also should be contagious and die in turn .. and since she's the last one and no one would burry her she made herself a grave and waited for her inveitable death ...
for the symbolizing of the stone blooming, i also thougth this has something to do with MYX himself. it make more sence that it symbolze MXY's feeling: for one, it was him who always didn'e belive that the stone would bloom and thought it's just weird habbit of her. however FL always beilve the stone will bloom anyway with time. This is similar to their relationship; ML being hard to open up and FL always new she already loved him from a first sight.. they made sure to emphyise that she loved him way long before the conflict so that viewers don't also think she initially did it out ot duty and then loved him later. (totaly agree with no 4 hahaha)
but i agree that she didn't consider the house her home until later when ML actually started to lover her .. hence the bell transfer

yes he's rational ... but they also shown him senstive about the topic of his legs .... like when he discovered the kidnapping play she did .. he was extremly angry also thinking she pitted him ... so clearly this is a sensitive topic to him .... no mater how rational he is ,, he's still allowed to have insecurities

AND that also after today's story form his sister in law clearly she mentioned that the divorce letter from his brother let her understand that he truly loved her ... because he simply offered her the freedom from being tied to him.... AND MXY did the same he offered her the freedom from him .. and from her guilt that she lived with for these years hoping that she would see the love behind it.... BUT he doesn't know about how lonely she was actually was in the academy ?!!! he thinks if she went to back she would be surrounded with people she actually loves instead of being trapped with him... HE DOESN'T KNOW that he is the only one actually exist for her!! [also MXY mentioned in his POV about that fact the only love story he knows is about his brother ans sister in law and though a wife like sister in law was a good option]

so it's basicly going to be misunderstanding trop .... non is bad .. just doing what they think it's better for the other person like the director wouldn't include the story about she's listening to AND MXY sister in law divorce story out of nothing .... these story was mentioned because they will shape how every one of them will handle this misunderstanding
