I also hope Tian Xie Wie is not part of this drama. Right now she doesn't need any unnecessary negativity. Considering her acting skills, she was done so dirty in this drama, hence such comments. So yeah ...

Exactly!! I first saw her in Guardians of Da Feng. And I honestly WAITED for her scenes so much cuz she can ACT!! And not many Chinese actors can act. They are casted cuz they look pretty or they do only one type of role. And after POJ, I was so astonished that TXW not only could act, she has got RANGE. Which is rare! And then I have realized that she might not be treated well in industry cuz she is such a capable actress yet she was never given any heavy role. And now that she finally got one, she literally became a global hit. She is my fav character. I love how she displays angst. Loved it. So I don't want her in this drama where she got so much hate and negative feedback. Ppl didn't like her with Dylan? Fine, he can be with the one they liked him with. I mean, it's best to avoid negativity.

Good. Dun want TXW in this drama anyway, where she wasn't appreciated since day 1. If fans didn't feel chemistry in 1st season and want him to be with duchess. Cool. It's best that the casting team knows before hand so that unnecessary criticism can be avoided from fans. Some even want the harem version in novel. So yeah. Don't want that disrespect either.

His aura has a boyish touch. Not the manly one. And although he's handsome, the peerless beauty. That he doesn't (for the latter I'll blame the author's delulu mind tbh). And Shen Miao. Man I'm so worried. I do not think the actress will be able to carry her aura as well. But let's see. What happens. The novel is quite big, unless they split it into two seasons, the story will be done huge injustice. I never wanted drama on this novel.

Has she signed? It hasn't been confirmed yet. Nor listed here on my drama list. I hope it happens soon. I really want to see her in a very different role with excellent plot. I can see she has range.

Well I don't exactly understand the dispute over billing exactly tbh. But I do know that it's causing serious problems among the costars. If not the costars, then their managers, if not even them, then their fandoms, and fandoms are the worst. So it's best that there rules regarding it. And if there are rules, there won't be unnecessary fights and costars will have healthy professional relationships instead of having silly ego wars.

Hope so. After a long time, I've truly seen a Chinese actress with range. All Chinese actress are beautiful. But tian xiwei has range. And I was checking her drama list, that she barely got any big projects. And I have dropped so many cdramas not just because of weak plots, but cuz of cringe acting of the actor/actresses. I've yet to find an actor who has true range, I think tian xiwei has range, I hope she doesn't disappoint in future, because "where the mask ends" has a very promising trailer. Not many actresses play villain role, and if they do, they don't play so well.

Btw I dunno why she hasn't signed any new drama yet. I hope she signs a really good drama. With excellent plot and great director and writer. And not a platform which shelves dramas.

Did you see Tian Xiwei new magazine photoshoot?? Everyone is talking about how it's a total departure from sweet girl. I think it's for this drama. And I personally LOVE this new look. Smokey eyes and all the dark princess vibes. Awesome!! Please we have too many of those goody two shoes. Something new please. And honestly, to prepare audience for her shocking villain role, this photoshoot was a great choice. 10/10 from me.
