Honestly, I don't care how bad or cringe this is, I am watching it for Kento, and so far he has delivered.

This is probably the romantic Jdorama with the most realistic intimate scenes i have watched so far.

Plenty of new romantic-focused Jdorama without old tropes from Escape to Romantics Anonymous, Gimpab & Onigiri, We are worse at love than Panda, Love Unseen Beneath the clear sky, Even if all love fades, Learning To Love, Small Bait, Big Love: Ebiko's Hunt for Her Mr Right, Cinderella Closet. This is a list from serious to more shouju cheesy ones. Simply watch the serious ones, which are plenty these days.

absolutely untrue that have been tons of non rom com japanese drama better than any K or C drama. The Journalist, Alice In Borderland, Romantics Anonymous, Scandal Eve, Escape, Just a little bit Espers, and the list goes on. K and C won't be anywhere right now without Japan which was the first country to start crating TV shows and movies. Also they all need to thank Japanese manga and anime.
