I feel bad for her, her husband is a cheater and control freakhttps://www.reddit.com/r/kdramas/comments/1tbsccs/lee_min_jung_says_lee_byung_hun_still_wont_let/
The fans that are obsessed with Lee Byunghun only prove that if she tried to stand up for herself she would lose with him. If people had values they wouldn’t let such people be famous.
tbf if the picture doesn’t match how he actually looks, it’s harder for people to find his profile
it’s also okay to admit westerners are hypocrites. i guess you never saw their videos: ,,i cant watch the drama if main lead is ugly’’. its always westerners who said that

Asian people don’t really use this app. They have their own. I’m NOT saying they never use it, we can meet some Filipinos and Indonesian people here but the main users of this app are international people

It’s enough to google him. And people here are just obsessed with actors and actresses looks like it has anything to do with acting skills. It’s just unfair how Westerners always critize Korean people while sometimes doing worse things.. I’m not trying to idealize Korea but the whole world is obsessed with looks not only Korean society.
I felt dejavu. I was raised by a narcissistic mother and Han Gyuyoung’s behavior is so simillar to typical narcissistic mothers but now in a sister role. For that time Gyuyoung treated Gyurim like she was less important. She didn’t believe in her and her abilities. Then when Gyurim finally stood up for herself and said she’s not their mother and she wants to marry too, suddenly Gyuyoung said: ,,Why are you suddenly talking about marriage? If you go off and marry, what happens to the rest of us? Are we supposed to die?!’’ This is exactly narcissistic mother behavior but as a sister. Gyuyoung felt save having someone who takes care of her and then it turned out into a serious mental issue problem. She critized her all the time and took her kindness as being submissive. In her mind, she created her older sister as a mother. And when Gyurim stood up for herself she became scared and started to manipulate her with death. I wonder if the writer will dig into it more. I will be disappointed if the scenario won’t focus on Gyuyoung’s mental health.
Is this one of those dramas where the FL is absurdly nice, lets everyone walk all over her while they plot against…
I watched both of the released epiosedes and not really. She loves her family and it’s normal that she is pressured to be a second mom for them. But Han Gyurim knows what she wants and she stands up for herself.
Wasn’t that said in first episode that she uses rich guys? Eventually she didn’t have any money anymore so…
As I said, being poor doesn’t mean living only in the slums. It’s the same as saying all rich people have to live in huge villas. While you can meet celebrities who prefer to live in a small cozy apartment. When i was a kid i lived in a whole big house with two generations of my family. We didn’t have anything to eat and yet our house was bigger than in this drama. The rooms aren’t big. It shows through the furniture arrangementand. The materials that the house was made of also look cheaper than it seems. I recommend you think outside of the box and leave the stereotypical world.
Let say it, Gyu Rim is stupid. Why she leave her siblings to treat her like this? She is the oldest one and she…
Wasn’t that said in first episode that she uses rich guys? Eventually she didn’t have any money anymore so she went to her step-father. Also, why judge their wealth by the house? Some houses in the whole world were handed down since ww2. Their house isn’t big at all. It humble and I saw a lot of poor Koreans live in such. Being poor isn’t only living in the slums.
Who are the secondary couples in this drama? Any idea or guess?
Assuming from the teaser Mujin might be in a short relationship with Seohyun. But I’m 100% sure Seohyun will end up with Jeongwoo. The other promoting poster for this drama hints that a lot 🤗
How is that possible there are so many people who never knew how Korean film industry works? How is it surprising the drama has 50 episodes when makjangs and long dramas were popular in Korea since decades? In 90s and 2000s 200 episodes with 1h duration were a minimum and then 16 episodes were called mini dramas while for us 16 episodes was a regular lenght of a kdrama.
Not sure about the drama after the first episode. Doesn't seem like good replacement for Recipe for love. That…
When a human is lonely and need someone’s approval it’s normal for them to make choices that for the other people seem unusual. I don’t like it either. I think this drama seems promising but the romance plot might be not so necessary. The sub plots are really touching and comforting. I wonder if they dig deeper into this confession for example he suffered from loneliness. You can critize the character’s choice but it doesn’t mean the whole drama will be bad. Maybe we will see the characters become more mature! 🤗 And it’s lovely that you don’t give up on this drama right away.
