Well LY and QL were in love in novel but their relation was very different than LY and HCS relationship.

Second couple doesn't have that many scenes in the novel either. They disappear for several chapters.

I feel like one should finish the drama before reading the novel because now I keep comparing the drama to the novel and find it lacking but to each their own.

First one made sense but second one is crazy 🤣
