Also by the insecure glasses girl with pigtails (don’t care enough to know her name). Having a little SML syndrome (for the first time with this actor), disappointed the ML joined her team even seeing how she was targeting zhixia. I also think the high school competition is beneath lin zhixia. I’m pissed she’s going to ask her bully to join her team. Was also disappointed in duan qiyan.
Ep3-5 I can try to understand mrs zuo (just bitter and greedy) and her stupid brother (spoilt scum) but Mr Yu and ms fan, I don’t know who I hate more. Her for using her best friend’s life as a stepping stone while trying to act innocent like she didn’t scheme from the get go, or him for destroying her life just because he didn’t want to marry her.
Ep 2: Little ms yake wants to marry for benefits but is unhappy that others want the same thing she does. The female lead plotting against male lead was a foolish thing to do. It could have been worse if the male lead didn’t have a conscience.
Episode 2: I hate the character ms Zuo but you have to really love the actress, she’s really doing justice to the madness. I can’t feel sorry for her because she did choose that life (even if out of desperation, I have sympathy for) but wanting to destroy an innocent young woman. She knows they are not going to give tingyun to her, those people would rather kill tingyun instead because it gives them no profit.
I was like “private salt seller in ancient China”. Only to watch episode one, “oh you mean smuggler😂”, nice way with words. Why would ms fan think it’s a nice idea to marry into a family that rely on chastity arches. I already know she’s going to be foolish.
