Another favorite series with these two great actors who I admire and have seen their other work. I enjoyed this story of a close friendship evolving into a beautiful love story, despite the separation, struggles, secrets and family pressures. The two leads portrayed their characters authentically and together these two created such chemistry, comedy, dramatic moments and carried me along with them in their journey of discovery.
This is one of my feel good series that I have watched a few times and always enjoyed.
Praise also goes to all the other very talented supporting actors who were wonderful additions and to everyone involved in this production.

Honestly, for me , this was very much intense action with fights, kidnapping, the usual love triangle, political issues, family dynamics and characters caught in between it all with their own traumas, revenge plots. I struggled my way through it, fast forwarding through the rough stuff and confusion, admiring Ji Chang Wook for once again, displaying his wide acting range and physical endurance....it seemed this guy, this character, was on everyone's hit list! I do have to agree with some that this particular series, from my perspective, was a waste of Ji Chang Wook's extraordinary talents. I respect the fact that all these very talented actors worked with what they had, which in my view, they didn't have the kind of script that was solid. Kudos to everyone for getting through it all.! Not everyone's cup of tea, and so be it.

You will love Glass Heart.! As always, Takeru Satoh puts the best of himself in every role. This series took him…
It was such a pleasure and honor to share this honest information with a dedicated fan like myself.
As an overseas fan, I have watched so many actors, actresses, films and series, that I needed something more from the entertainment industry.... and I found it first through my first Japanese comedy, drama, romance, AN INCURABLE CASE OF LOVE, and I was immediately hooked on the difference, the quality, the dedication to their craft.
Honestly, Takeru Satoh, and Mone Kamishirishi, (actress and professional singer, who has had very extensive stage and vocal training), showed me the high level of professionalism in these actors, and how genuine and beautiful souls they are off screen.
I am passionate about supporting these great talents who are so well deserving of our respect, our protection from trash talk and rumours because they are dedicated professionals who go through heavy schedules, pressures from agencies, agents, public and studios to bring us the best of themseves.
Takeru Satoh is well known in the industry as respecting his fan base, and consistently gives so much of himself to give them the best. As a person, Takeru Satoh has shown his generous heart by going to visit an elderly fan to surprise her at her retirement as a teacher, by playing piano, singing for her and acting out some scenes with her from An Incurable Case of Love, like the drying Sakura's hair scene, the ice cream scene, which was really popular, and others.... spending the day with this fan. It really touched a lot of hearts about Takeru Satoh as a person. This is an actor that despite being extremely exhausted from his Glass Heart promotional events, and recording, he made time out of his crazy schedule to honor a fan. That tells me everything about this actor and human being...this is what truly matters.
Thank you for your reply, it was nice to hear from a devoted fan. Enjoy every moment of Glass Heart, and if you like, I would love to hear your thoughts on the series.😊

I am in love with Satoh Takeru, and I loved Marry My Husband Japan so much more than the Korean version. He was…
You will love Glass Heart.! As always, Takeru Satoh puts the best of himself in every role. This series took him around 3 years to get made, from getting it sold to Netflix, he co-executive produced, cast the actors he wanted, Takeru and the lead actors trained for a year to learn musical instruments and had vocal training. Takeru took care of every single detail of that series, from the recording, editing, making sure that nothing was done with AI or other computer generated images. He was involved in every decision and even went way over budget to make sure his vision of what he felt would deliver the best story. After 20 years of acting, Takeru Satoh's instincts are solid, intelligence always sharp, and this is a seasoned, dedicated, versatile actor, who is at the top of his career, a perfectionist who is truly brilliant. One of my favorite actors that made me a fan of a jdramas first. After that I became a fan of all Asian productions and haven't been interested in any of my overseas films for a while. Enjoy😊

Title Hi Venus
Hi Venus was a nicely written storyline that started off with quite a strong, combative character right from the start which was a little surprising, but I assume it was to show her way of distancing herself and not one to give her trust easily. As much as it could have been seen as overdone, somehow it turned into bizarre comedy scenes, which might have been the way the writers were going with it, especially when the main male character, the President was going to get back at her in his own way, and you were going to be intrigued as to just how he would accomplish it.Even as the pair were going through their own struggles, they ended up valuing each other as professionals and personally, growing to deep respect and admiration. I found the dialogue for the male lead's character to be so mature, intelligent, insightful and honest, that I was amazed at how relatable it was to everyday life. The writing here really shone as written by writers at the top of their craft. As I really listened and absorbed this dialogue, it became more and more inspiring for me...very impressive. The series ran at a good pace and all the actors involved were what the series needed as a good balance throughout. The two lead actors were consumate professionals with good dramatic range, especially, the male lead, Joseph Zeng who was quite the charmer that gave off great chemistry.

A series that is a mix of drama, romance and the usual comedic characters in the workplace that transpires in this series. The story moves along with some of the usual family dynamics, company rivalry, jealousy between colleagues ready to interfere to get ahead, and in the middle, the two main characters of opposite personalities battling each other before acknowledging their attraction. The two lead actors showed some serious acting chops, especially, Lee Jun Ho, who is a remarkable, accomplished actor with a commanding screen presence, and a professionally-trained singer with a beautiful voice that you can hear on some of his series' soundtracks. In his 2025 series, Typhoon, Lee Jun-ho actually sings on screen and in the soundtrack as well.
All in all, for me, King the Land is very entertaining and has its own unique charm, depending on your perspective. Definitely would watch it again to brighten my day.
Thank you everyone associated with this series for all the work and dedication you brought to this project.

Shooting Stars was, for me, the well written series that opened a window into what a publicist's work life with celebrities is all about.which is... trying to manage the onslaught of exhausting rumours, photo shoots, events, press conferences, in addition, to some of the high maintenance personalities. What a job! It is a real eye opener of the not- so -glamorous world that some of us fans think it is.
The two main leads were superb in bringing out the realism in each of their characters, showcasing their acting ranges and chemistry, especially, Kim Young-dae, another charismatic, great actor, who has been in other series I've seen him in.... most recently, on Prime, called No Gain, No Love, where he gave another incredible dramatic performance this time around.
All the talented supporting cast, were a nice blend of different character types which were the right layer to add to the office mayhem and gossip.
Shooting Stars was a series that just had a perfect mix of entertaining elements. Loved it!

Lee Dong Woo is another one of my favorite seasoned, polished actors who doesn't miss a beat in any of his many roles I have seen this extraordinary magnetic actor in. He definitely is one of those versatile actors that can do it all from intense drama, fantasy, comedy and romance...just so seamlessly. His facial expressions, his piercing eyes, his body language is truly outstanding. With his talented costar, the story is an intriguing, funny, romantic blend with the other interesting office colleagues and their quirks.
This series was fun to watch and kept me entertained until the end.

A heartwarming and heartbreaking series that touches every emotion as you follow these two characters that are coming from traumatic backgrounds that the cinematography captured beautifully in their flashback shots. The writers and extraordinary actors did a brilliant job at making these characters real, capturing your attention from start to finish of this beautiful love story. I found myself crying, cheering and even angry at the injustice of the main character's health, and the end being the sweet spot for me that I so desperately wanted.
This is a MUST SEE! This grabs onto your emotions and doesn't let go. Loved it. Bravo everyone involved!πŸ‘

What a beautiful story you can comfortably sink into that leaves you feeling inspired, hopeful and entertained right up until the finale. The writing was solid, allowing everything to be connected seamlessly from there. All the actors were phenomenal bringing such top acting skills into their roles, drawing you right into their world. The two main leads were a perfect choice by the casting director because they incorporated the right emotional range, character development and consistency to these characters that were dealing with so much. Throughout the story I felt myself cheering them on because there was this underlying strength in them pushing them forward.
The Oath of Love, for me, seemed like a perfect title for this insightful series because a lot of love, careful thought and dedication obviously went into this series from everyone involved, and I thank them for it. Well done.

I am so impressed with the way this whole sensitive issue of sex and intimacy issues were approached, that I am still shaking my head at how beautifully this series dealt with the array of dysfunction, trauma, clients' perceptions, and coping mechanisms that some of us have never heard about or even imagined. As human beings, sometimes we don't realize how complex we are, what past traumas have broken our spirits, who we are supposed to be, what we need.
As this series started to unfold, you began to see this unconventional, maybe somewhat extreme, (according to some), sex therapist, who was totally invested in each client, using his psychological background, sharp insight, and intelligence to treat each issue with the utmost sensitivity, respect, compassion, honesty and support, without compromise. His determination to give of himself did not waver, even while he was dealing with his own painful trauma.
As I quietly hoped for him and his girlfriend to find their way through their struggles, it was heartwarming to see some breakthrough coming for this couple and some of his clients at the end.
My deepest respect and admiration goes to Nakajima Kento, who, as always, puts his heart and soul into everything he does, and he did not disappoint in this role, which was not an easy feat in any way. This young popular actor/singer has always challenged himself, taking on other genres, which has obviously broadened his emotional and dramatic range that he showed throughout the series. His costar and supporting cast were also outstanding in their portrayal of their diverse characters.
This series was definitely created by the best of the best in the business, and I thank everyone who was involved in this brilliant series. Bravo!πŸ‘πŸ‘

Wow....this was an absolutely outstanding series that kept me glued to my chair by these intense, complex characters that fueled the great writing, which gave this drama, thriller, mystery quite an edge. Although it was dark, intense and complex, it maintained a good flow and balance that had me absorbed right from the get go.
The acting throughout this series was incredible, giving the story realistically portrayed characters that were introduced into this psychological thriller drama. The lead actors were a great match in outstanding talent, especially the male lead, Seo In-guk, who had an intense emotional role mentally and physically, but maintained his role consistently throughout, which couldn't been easy on him. It must have been exhausting for this dedicated, extraordinary actor! The female lead was terrific and added great chemistry and some light into the heavy drama.
The soundtrack was wonderful, and one song, a ballad by BEN, (a popular talented singer/songwriter who has worked on a lot of Korean soundtracks) sings the song called "Hug Me" that is a longer arrangement with a stunning melody in the soundtrack version, versus the very brief one you hear at the very end of the series. It is a beautiful piece of music.
Thank you everyone who collaborated on this compelling series for your dedication in producing this great story.

Fell in love with these two characters and their slowly evolving story from the start. The brilliant writing was a great fit for all these talented wonders who really did justice to the storyline. The two lead actors added such warmth and intelligence that had me invested in their journey despite its share of struggles and slow growth. I was so captivated that I felt myself wanting to see these two beautiful souls finally connect and have their well deserved happiness as a solid, loving couple.
A nicely balanced series with realistic character development and the right pacing, considering their personalities and the different stages of life they were in according to their age span. It is one of my favorite series I enjoy watching anytime. Thank you to all the talented geniuses involved in creating this enjoyable story.

Anything that Ji Chang Wook takes on turns to gold from this magnetic, handsome, extremely multi-talented actor and professional singer who can do it all. He doesn't disappoint in this series either, as a "James Bond" type of character, but so much better in the way that only Ji Chang can pull off with those beautiful eyes of his that speak volumes without any dialogue. Just standing in the room is enough to have all that charisma fill the screen!
This story was well written allowing all the talented actors to add their own special flair of eclectic personalities to balance out the intrigue. Ji Chang's costar was a good acting partner for him creating nice chemistry for his character, adding the right comedic relief, character development and pacing.
I especially loved the soundtrack that was composed and produced by some very talented artists... and as usual, Ji Chang Wook sings one of the most beautifully arranged ballads called "Watch Over You" , where you can listen to his clear, powerful voice , the voice of an extensively trained singer who started his early career in musicals. Between the stunning melody and Ji Chang's voice filled with emotion, it raises the goosebumps on my arms whenever I hear it.
All in all, this is another one of Ji Chang Wook's series that I could re-watch and be captivated all over again.
Thank you everyone involved in creating this enjoyable series that was a real treat.
As an overseas fan who has watched too many American movies, I have now become a devoted fan of Korean productions as they are truly outstanding, which is something I have been missing overseas.
For me when I read about an accomplished actor like Ji Chang Wook insisting on singing in his series' soundtracks, because as an actor who has portrayed his character, he would have the actual deep emotional insight to bring into the songs he sings on the soundtrack. This is the kind of extraordinary talent and dedication to quality that I admire and have the highest respect for in these Korean artists and production teams.

An enjoyable series that I felt was well done, as you would expect when you see it as a fantasy drama romance....the key word is fantasy.... that is what makes the story complex and different in the way it unfolds.
As an overseas fan of watching a massive amount of recycled themes, of which some productions could do better, I enjoyed this series which gave me an interesting mix of subplots, and a peek into how some entertainment industries need to be mindful of their dedicated talents ' wellbeing, who really put so much of themselves mentally and physically into their craft. It was an eye opener for me and heartbreaking one to watch at times.
The time travel aspects were typical of a fantasy series that did grab your attention in following the couple's journey of struggles, connections and some misguided ways of protecting each other.
The music, and singing were beautifully done, especially by the multi-talented, magnetic male lead, Byeon Woo Seok, who, despite only brief vocal coaching, gave a stellar performance, surprising even Sandeul, one of the top singers, who praised his singing. This very versatile actor I have seen in other roles and admired his work each time.
The great soundtrack created by the talented composers, producers for this series is definitely worth putting on a playlist as the music is something you don't get tired of, especially the stunning melodies.
All the actors, from the two leads to the supporting cast were outstanding, showing an amazing emotional range and giving their characters great depth which moved the story along nicely.
It's watching these Korean dramas and others that have made me a fan for life.

Definitely a series I would recommend that has a bit of everything in it to keep you interested.....the special effects alone are first rate, very realistic. All the actors were amazing...quite the eclectic mix, quirky, bizarre, that give the story some interesting, comedic and dramatic moments. The two main leads are both very multi-talented pros that gave their all in portraying their characters with incredible chemistry to give it that added spark. Everyone involved in creating Hotel Del Luna did a wonderful job.

One of my favorite series that I have watched many times to add lightness to a heavy day. I enjoyed this well written story that had so many fun characters surrounding the two main characters, which for me provided the perfect balance amongst some of the drama involved. The episodes flowed nicely with great character development and nice pacing.
All the actors involved added such great colour to their characters showing great acting range all around. The two stars, of course, were the two lead actors who are both very magnetic, polished professionals with phenomenal skills and powerful chemistry. It was interesting to watch this couple navigate office politics, family and each other, keeping me invested from the beginning to finale. Everyone involved in this production did a brilliant job in creating this series.
Praise goes to the costume designers who really helped these lead actors shine in their roles as successful professionals in charge and the cinematography who helped create the different moods, settings.
