Why why why must it end in this manner. Yes, I have not read the novel. But as a viewer of the story presented in this show/drama, this episode was extremely subpar for a finale, either a season finale or a series.
For a series ending there should be some kind of conclusion or resolution. And even if they want to express that the story lives on, despite the show ending, this final episode should not be presenedt in such as bland and boring manner.
And as it seems there might be a season 2 of some sort, this episode was still very inefficient. All what was indicated was that the story has not ended, nothing else. There should have been a cliff hanger or something that should intriguing or at least spark curiosity.
With this I end my ranting.
