hahaha no wonder at some parts it feels like two different story

yeah that synopsis was all over the place. the actual plot is more quirky, wholesome and pure

is it really a remake of a foreign series because it progressed and resolved in a really typical kdrama ways

think of a luxury car with all the tech and engine but got no wheels, its still comfortable to sit inside but it cant go anywhere

its the only way i could make sense of it, i mean looking back its not like buyeon ever did something flashy or grandious while naksu occupy her body, all her power provide is preventing it from running wild and occasionally give advice. stopping a divination curse is probably out of question given how little to none of power she could manifest.

happy ending, theres some heartbreaking eps/scene but not much misunderstanding

shining for one thing - didnt quite enjoy it toward the end but overall its nice and i find the music memorable

also tokyo was an agent of chaos but here they make her rather pitiful (??) hmm

In the original, professor didnt purposely approach rachel (seon woo jin) pre-heist but by chance in some busy bar during the heist. He only realized its her because he recognize the voice. meeting her was never on his plan, so theres this subtle feeling of nervous and awkwardness of getting caught when they meet and honestly its kind of funny and thrilling imo which doesnt really exist in the remake.
I havent watch eps 2 yet (as its kinda put me off right now, still gonna watch later tho) so im not sure how their relationship gonna develop but i doubt it would be as genuine and raw as in the original, particularly (i think) when professor confront her ex-husband and also when she find out his cover.
