what wrong with that? can we stop being suppressed that women in her late 30 has a sexuality? it’s so boring
Yes, either we like it or not, sex is healthy and beautiful. Sorry, i didnt create people or the earth. Yes its immature cause in real life, the common thing for people in their 30s is to have at least a platonic relationship-and in most cases a full sexual life.

1, In which kdramas have you seen a virgin ML and an experienced FL? 2. I never discuss women's things such feminism, with incels. So i wont answer any of your really childish questions such as "why women dont go to the army" Esp when i come from a country where women actually work in the army for the last 40+years

Women should have sex or be sexless only if they want to. Not because of religion or other men, or other women who say so. There's no one pressuring no one in this romcom or any show/movie, to have or not have sex. On the contrary there is a constant pretentious normalization of being a 30yo virgin. I wonder where did you see the excessive but i really dont want to know.
Since you can see the future, can you please share the winning lottery numbers too? Just for next week, nobody's…
In most korean romcoms, both FL and ML are virgins. I dont know where do you find the things you mention. Can you please give us some examples of k dramas where FL is experienced and the ML is not?

Actually, in societies full of misogyny, its a REAL accomplishment to live free as a woman who listens to her own needs than the sick society's stereotypes. Its not immature for adults to have sex. Its immature to show adults behaving like 10yo kids. Weird and creepy.

God knows how many times i had my eyes rolled and my brains seriously damaged by that 30+yo males and females in kdramas always being virgins (on the contrary, their friends were normal people, which is why it was even more pretentious in the first place to present the mains as virgins). I loved the FL in "love to hate you" where she was presented as a woman of her times, with enough relationships in her past, showing the discrimination of society towards her and her very well done attitude on that aspect. I wish more dramas show such people, behaving like people of their age irl. Enough with weirdo adults. Its creepy.

Is it "tasteful" to see 30+ yo men and women, being virgins? Cause thats whats all about in the majority of k-romcoms Yes its good to show a korean woman buying condoms and talking directly about how she wants to have her orgasms. A brutal punch to korean society's misogyny. Its abnormal to always show grown ups behaving like teens. Abnormal weird and creepy. Grown up adults have sex. Its natural normal n beautiful. Whoever wants sex to be hidden and adults behaving like forever virgins, can always watch teletubbies.
I dont really like it up to now (i ll continue watching though to see how it goes) but i REALLY enjoy the first time in a k-romcom of a FL talking about orgasm with her boyfriends, buying condoms with no shame and say it clearly to her friends that she demands her satisfaction The only thing i wont like is if they make it look like she wants pleasure because of her "bad" trait of wanting to gain things in every aspect of her life I hope it wont go down that road considering the pure misogynistic korean culture in general
I guess you haven’t watched time travelling stuffs much. It's the fact that if he doesn’t go save her in the…
Its a time loop, not a pure time travel. Like them being trapped in a time loop where they know the outcome but not the exact events that cause it. You can check the discussion thread "time travel" where a girl explains the whole thing, i had the same question with you
Just finished it. IU's acting was very weak. If not for her perfect for the role face and her general vulnerable…
The ending was perfect for the main couple. Separation, tragic death, in another man's arms, regrets, despair, loss and a promise to find her in her world. 100% pure romance. The love remained eternal-and this ending is the only way to have eternal passionate love.
They couldnt be together and happy-that's for sure. Dont forget that we re talking about people of 1000+ years ago (around 900CE in the beginning of Goryeo empire) People back then were so much different than today. Cruel, mostly trying to survive, be it farmers, workers or princes and high ranked officials. Love and pinky dovey feelings were not even existing. Their average lifespan was about 50yo-there was no time for these luxuries. They had to survive, to get married early, to have kids, to go to wars, make a living etc. Marriage was not a matter of love-no matter the social status (even today its delusional to believe that it needs crazy love to survive). So, for the main couple, to be a king, with a harem of concubines, at least 2 main wives and a huge number of kids, is almost impossible to keep a healthy relationship-and considering that this relationship would be with a woman of our times. The most important line of the drama was spoken by her in the end: "if you were in my time, i could love you as much as i want"
I really regret that i hadnt watched it when it aired, cause i love the hype and live comments when a drama with a huge impact is aired-like this one. The only thing that bothered me, is that teaser with him approaching in the museum. They knew that fans were desperate for a scene like that. They could have made a special 20min episode, or at least a 5' video of that scene. It was very cruel to release a photo and then forget about it.

Just finished it. IU's acting was very weak. If not for her perfect for the role face and her general vulnerable aura-plus her cheerful moments with the guys, she could have ruined the whole thing. Her chemistry with the ML was not there, her eyes were not there, here body was absent so was her passion for him. LJG's perfect expressions, his emotional development towards her, his whole attitude, fell to the ground every time he interacted with her. He is such a good actor, be it in line delivery or improvisation, and its such a pity when his FL cant reach the same acting level. Overall the guys saved the day. All of them. Also the older ladies gave the perfect tone, as it was needed in a historical melo As for the ending, i can totally relate with the fans and their desperation (after all, i ve also experienced it in other dramas-believe me i can feel you), but it was perfect. I ll continue my comment under spoiler, next to this one
