And lets not forget that he suffers from a brain damage desease, which means that his illusions make it even harder to handle the situation. Spells, brain damage, stress due to his illness, its already very hard to keep a clear mind under these circumstances

FL in Suspicious partner had a perfect look for her profession and her own personal style in general. It was minimal, office look. Ok i can deal with FL's clothes here, after all not all people should dress the same. But i ll never forgive the hairstylists who literally kill many actresses beautiful face and hair with a hairstyle coming from early 90s! And i cant wait for kdrama men to go back 10+years ago when men in dramas had their own hairstyle, not the same bowl shape one hahhahaha

I dont think its her personal preference-in real life she has beautiful hair styling no matter long or short hair. Maybe her stylist hates her lol
I already had HUGE problems with kdrama men -all having that same bowl haircut -now im having another issue with FL in kdramas hahahahahha

in kill me heal me, the ML had the most charming and stylish haircuts (different for each of his personalities) he was just GORGEOUS.
That made the FL's hair styling look even worse! And it was such a shame cause she's got so beautiful unique face features-lips, eyes, nose, her all!

Even if he wasnt manipulated by her-which i dont totally agree-they are both keeping a mediocre relationship for their own reasons i guess- i find it very normal that there's no break up from either side. A long term relationship, not based on intense feelings of love, respect, admiration etc, it doesnt break that easily for the same reason (intense feelings absence). As his gf said while they were in the car, it was very clear that they are together and can compromise with many things not because of love but because of convenience (she didnt say that, but the context was something like that)

Personally, when a like a show, i digest those supposed to be "moral dilemmas" as in real life, people are often in gray zone than totally good or bad.
As for the ML here, well, there's no relationship that gets broken just because of a kiss-especially when it lasts for years and when the ML already knew that his feelings were either caused by a spell or by his brain dysfunction.
But everything depends on someone's sensitive stuff: if you are triggered by the "cheating" stuff, its ok, its a matter of perspective.
The drama gives its explanation about his cheating, so if you are asking about that, yes, watching the whole thing up to now, you ll get over it cause there are certain things happening (i dont wanna spoil more for you-cause i guess you havent watched the latest ep)

As much as its disturbing, its quite realistic. I mean in real life a couple doesnt break up immediately because of a kiss or anything-especially since ML thought it was the spell that caused his feelings, but even when he realized he was indeed in love with FL, its been only a couple of weeks or so. Plus the fact that his relationship with SFL is not based on anything strong (from both sides) so i find it ok that they are still together-especially after the photo of him kissing the FL and the whole conversation with his girlfriend

I find it quite realistic. I mean, in real life, people dont immediately break up while being for many years in a relationship, just because a kiss or anything else occurs. Especially when the current "legal" relationship is the kind that ML+SFL have-not intense feelings, never being in love (both sides) etc. Plus the fact that ML knew from the beginning that his feelings for the FL are not genuine but caused by a spell.

Love and attraction can happen between people of any gender, age, social status etc. There are no statistics about "Trading" , this or that. It is what it is. And i dont see the reason why a drama shouldn't portray such relationships since they happen in real life too. The rest is just a matter of personal taste

Their "breakup" was the least that bothered me and it makes sense now that i read your perspective.
But that repetition of same and same conversations for 13 episodes exausted me hahhahahahahaha
I would prefere a bit of hotter or darker narrative but ok im not the writer.
Overall, it had great potentials both of the story itself but also cause the couple was great, the 2nd leads were interesting, the chemistry between the whole cast was on point, i loved many elements. Especially in the first 3-4 episodes i was literally hooked (yes, despite ML who was creep as hell-i liked that i hated him at first)
I think one of the reasons for most asian dramas to present the woman so full of guilts, insecurities etc, is the fear of provoking the conservative audience. I would prefer a more "slutty" female (e.g like in Hirugao), i mean if both FL and ML were "bad" from the beginning-giving in to an affair cause of pure attraction and afterwards discover that they actually have much more than lust to be together i would find it less pretentious. After all, lets not hide, physical attraction is the 1st factor that attracts us to a potential partner and then comes the rest.
She was full of that in the beginning and then she started liking him because he was revealing her deeper thoughts and truths about her life.
In general i dont agree with that representation cause i believe that "cheating" has to do mostly with our minds, not actions. From the moment you start thinking another person in an erotic way, you cheat. it is what it is-yes its bad-but true. The one thing that distinguishes good people is that they break up with their current partner without fooling him/her and follow their choice.

Its a happy ending, they meet again at her bf's wedding and set a date

Maybe the most deceiving opening intro ive ever watched

Lousy writing.
A great premise that got wasted in such a harsh way, its unbelievable.
Not to mention the over sexual intro which makes you think that you ll watch 2 passionate lovers and you end up watching 2 potentially passionate lovers having a night together in an unbearable slow mo and then boom an unnecessary break up for nothing.
The whole drama was 2 lines repeating back to back:
"you lie to yourself"
"its not your business i hate you because you make me see the truth of my relationship"
"i ll keep pursuing you"
"we are friends"

Did she confess it to him? I cant exactly remember the scene

The whole structure up to ep 8 maybe 10, was just great! The tense, the characters introduction and build up, the excitement!
And then...zero! All we watch and hear is a ML chasing after FL and the same (literally same) lines:
"you are still lying to yourself"
"its not your business"
"i will keep pursuing you"
"we are friends"
The worst part is that the ending comes also in the same way! A nonsense "absence" of the FL so she will grow up mentally up to 100% -according to her words
An unnecessary "breakup" and an unsatisfying predictable ending.
The couple had great dynamics, explosive chemistry but the script line of their attitude -esp of the FL which made also the ML look creepy, was what ruined the whole thing.
No logic, The whole drama after ep 10 makes no progress between the mains.
A total waste

I cant' believe how they ruined a drama with such interesting premise!

There's no way that they still shooting. The drama was obviously already shooted and edited (both parts), they just chose to devide it for some marketing and viewing reasons (as i ve read here from native Koreans who know the industry). It has to do mostly with a modern "Trick" so to keep the audience yearning for more, plus another popular event that's going on and it would possiply drop the numbers if aired as a whole (at least that's what i ve read).
Also the shooting of a drama can not possibly last so many months-no one has that high budget to invest-especially in a heavy show industry that produces hundreds of shows each year
