Many kdramas of 90s and millenium (and even more movies) have very mature explicit scenes of s*x and violence. Its just that tv shows are not meant to have such stuff -its tv after all. And it doesnt need to be body doubled. To me, the intimate scenes were crucial for every character in both couples. Especially for the 2nd couple. Plus they were very beautifully made and choreographed all of them.
