It was so good when his other character traits were revealed: a distant bizarre guy turning into a wicky boy in love, persistently going after her, talking to his friends all the time about her it was adorable! Such a breath of fresh air among all these absurd male characters in romcoms!
As for the FL, i havent watched her in other projects, but i love her here, her styling, her hair, are so suitable to her character and her status, i rarely like female characters, i hope they keep both mains in such quality later.
The only thing bothering me is the skin smoothing! They look like fairies, i can hardly see their facial features

Luckily it didnt last long. It was indeed pointless and made no sense. Since the beginning, i thought she could keep in touch with his father cause of their common profession in the army-that would make sense for sure. Thank god it didnt last long.

I think the strongest advantage of the drama is the absence of miscommunication and stupid misunderstandings. He is an empath and i like the way he is using this ability to communicate effectively with her, leaving no room for distance between them.

Been there i was so bored and i dont even like the empath kind of stuff. But if you go on after ep 3 its really enjoyable and both mains are unique characters which is rare in rom coms . I like it so far, im not super into it but the mains are really interesting as a couple and as individuals

It gets better after ep 3 and the ML is surprisingly multi layered . I was also disappointed at first
Also the FL is one of the most sympathetic and realistic in kdramaland. Give it a shot if you can pass first 3 ep and if you still wont like it then its ok

Same happened in my country (Greece) during 90s after ussr fell apart. Thousands of women married to greek men in exchange for daily meals and clothing -literally. Many of them were working like slaves, others had a better luck.

How can a couple who is portrayed as being ok with each other, looks disgusting cause of age difference? She is not a teen. But even if someone doesn't approve of relationships with big age gaps, how can it be disgusting since its fictional? Couples with big age gaps shouldn't be portrayed in films and dramas? Human trafficking and s@x tourism is indeed a subject that should be seen by the world cause its sadly true and very common in Thailand Vietnam Malaysia and many other countries and be heard and talked about. But not the age gaps. People are not disgusting in any age. And if the case is coupling due to human trafficking then its disgusting no matter how old is the "buyer"

Same old story in kdramaworld (with a a few exceptions): FL dressed and behave like a toddler throwing tantrums amd ML hot as hell. Its not her profession, in kill me heal me the FL was a psychiatrist and her clothes and hair were unbearable -and she is such a beautiful woman. The last kdrama i watched recently with a top notch styled FL was Bo Ra Deborah and lately the brewing love where the FL was in the army she s a lower class working woman and she s wearing casual unisex comfy clothes very suitable to her class and style but very stylish at the same time.

I didnt mention what i would do. I just wrote my point on the movie.

We can hardly define the line between passion and violence. Well, there is a kind of violence in the ways we express our passion but many people misinterpretate abuse with love. I dont mean to say that love relationships can be pure-they re not-there is always a kind of toxicity, bad thoughts, ego, so much stuff, but also there is a HUGE gap between negative thoughts and harming intentionally your lover/partner. People should learn that love is not something that can survive abuse, that extreme jealousy is not a form of passion, that abusing your partner, is not because you love h@.

I dont know about @WhiteRose 's country, but in mine, we have lots of femicides that are still somehow "justified" as "passion crimes out of too much love" . The killers are 99% former abusers, entitled to their wives/partners lives and for the majority of the cases, the woman had already filled for divorce.

So yes again, she could easily think that they just stopped there to have some private moments.
BUT, i wouldnt genuinely argue about the ending interpretation, cause after all, its just an interpretation and it just came to my mind instantly when i watched it and just came here to writer about it thats all. I can easily accept any other interpretations. Its just that as a couple, they already crossed the line of harming one another, and in reality (cause the film is presenting a reality) when people go beyond that line, there's no turning back to love.

The couple was indeed a huge failure. But the two males had wonderful interactions. I love love stories and im a romance scker but its the first time i said for a drama that it shouldnt have a love storyline, as it turned out to be

I so agree with you. People like to be deluded about love that conquers all etc. Erotic love has dark sides and its never unconditional (actually not even parental love is unconditional) . But no matter the darkness, love can't lead you to murder your lover. If it does, then its not love, its poison containing egoism, entitlement over your lover s life etc. imagine if we all harm those who ignored us, cheated on us, lied, reject us. Ok i ve also fantasized once, that i break some bones of my cheating ex bf but i could never do it. Bad thoughts when you are hurt are common but there s a huge gap between a thought and an action.
I also differ to the interpretation of the ending, if you read it in my above answer, i d like to read your thoughts

The last 60 sec is: the police officer thinks they are just about to get intimate so she will eventually leave them there. The rich guy decided they should die together and the host agreed with that final sexual gesture. As for the message? Well...love can't win when you reach and go beyond the limits of destruction (self destruction and your lovers destruction)

Of course he owns the street, all of them own things that most people cant even imagine. Its the fans fault that all these celebs internationally use everything, even bad publicity, to gain money fame and the insolence to behave as such. If their fans stop giving a s@ about their lives and remain fans of their work strictly, then they will behave like normal people do. But i never saw a fan club have any kind of brains
