I kinda want to watch it now, to see why it got such a strong reaction XD
Wait a minute, the person who gave such a negative review for Night Doctor is the same person as the OP of this comment thread... I think they always do that actually, I've seen their comments elsewhere before
I'm actually starting the Haru marathon from Gomenne Seishun onwards XD but I'm tempted to watch Night Doctor bc of her even tho I don't watch medical dramas usually
And thanks, it would be good to know the quality of this drama before I watch! :)
I actually didn't want this drama to end, but the finale was sweet and sad as usual and I loved it. Season 2 please?…
Yeah, I still don't like the ex. She apologized for calling Kotaro a burden bc she thought she was wrong, which she is, but it's still messed up to call a child burdensome. Moreover, sure she liked Karino but she doesn't have any right to come out of nowhere to meddle in his life.
Kotaro still loves his dad, which is natural, but I still hate him for what he did to Kotaro's mom and him.
Yeah, I liked this special more than movie though they're both equally good. The cases were low stake, relatively speaking, but were very fun to watch and the acting was amazing as usual. I want to see more stories with this cast!! T-T
If you take this movie as a sequel to Strawberry Night, prepare for some disappointment. Nothing really wraps…
Yes, they had a lot of chemistry but I just wasn't feeling it. Moreover, Isao seemed like he was manipulating her the whole time. It feels more depressing for Kikuta and the rest of Team Himekawa, if not the rest of the First Investigative Division. Kikuta lost his life and the rest of them their careers. I feel less sympathy for Reiko bc she knew the consequences but went ahead anyways.
They must have used all the budget money they weren't able to use on the drama and specials for this movie because…
A big F to Team Himekawa and an even bigger F to Kikuta. I hope that all the poor detectives on the team go on to have great careers and Kikuta finally finds a woman who loves and appreciates him. As for Reiko, I hope she gets therapy because good lord she has so many issues, some of them justified but pls just get help
They must have used all the budget money they weren't able to use on the drama and specials for this movie because this film looks gorgeous. The cinematography, the production value, the lighting were all amazing, so beautiful it looked like an art film despite being a mix of grey and colours. The story was also really good, even if it was a bit more confusing but that's probably bc of the subtitles. The acting was stellar as always, as was the OST.
