Ae-ri ends up with Seo-jin eventually and nothing anyone says will convince me otherwise. Let me have my ship…
This woman really had the most blank faced reaction to her best friend confessing. And then immediately went over to Seo-jin and started having a deep conversation. I'll take this as an open ending romantically speaking lol.
I might have wanted the villains to get even more punishment for all their sins and crimes but the more mature, less vindicative side of me is satisfied. Hang chae is a broken woman and hopefully as far as possible from Dabin, the simp went out simping and all the other assorted killers are behind bars. What more could you want?
Bro throughout the last few minutes of the finale, I was praying that nothing went wrong. Despite the kinda ominous music, I thought out beloved characters were going to be okay. Then the stinger came...
I didn't like it the first time around and I dropped it. Tried it a second time with friends and surprisingly we all loved it. The second half is much better but I wish they committed to one ending.
EP. 1 was kinda slow and lost my attention at some points but EP. 2 more than made up for it. Great acting, writing and cinematography as usual. I also forgot how much of a tearjerker each of these cases are.
I can't believe some people have already finished this drama but for the rest of us it will take literally 4 months at the rate YoYo is uploading the episodes.
You can always tell when most of the writers' room and production crew is male. There were very badass, well rounded female characters like Usagi and Kuina but whenever there was a bikini clad young actress (which was most of the Beach arc), the camera always took the opportunity to zoom in on their behinds. Male gaze to the max.
This drama was amazing. Althought there was some parts that were slow at times, it was always exciting. The action scenes were amazing, the production value and cinematography was through the roof. The plot always kept me glued to the screen! Netflix needs to throw more money at jdramas like they would with kdramas.
