Ep 48 preview rant - If the FL puts herself in a dangerous situation with those people one more time, I am going to start rooting for the villians! Now granted, maybe when I watch the episode tomorrow she will manage to get out of it but... I really dislike her disregard for her safety around those crazy bitches. How many times do you want them to attempt to kill you before you stop meeting them on rooftops or in abandoned warehouses.
After watching "You Are My Hero", my expectation for this drama is really high.
Well then you will only have yourself to blame if it doesn't meet those expectations. As far as I know, this show doesn't have anything to do with You are my hero except for a similar concept. Different cast, crew and writer. So why are your expectations from a different show- which I also loved btw, biasing how you see this show?

The drama is partnered with The People's Liberation Army Rocket Force. So it isn't random rocket force drama written…
So, to clarify my statement is on the name, not the drama. It was the first time hearing that there is a branch of the Army that is named Rocket Force and further reflection the name still sounds stupid to me but like I said, ok.
As for the drama, if it has actual members of the corp involved in the writing then at the very least there will be authenticity in the details so it may be a good watch. It should be good PR for the corp, so more power to them.
If the writer follows the original novel, SH would end up alone with hoon and do nothing but wish EJ happiness
Yeah, you are right about the original novel. I guess I got them mixed up. I preferred the 2002 movie adaptation were they made Albert the secret son of Edmond and Mercédès - I liked that twist of Mercedes realising that she was pregnant chose to protect her love's child and used Fernand as a cover. It just seems like such poetic justice.
Well, Ga Haeun's mother is not the saint we thought. Hmm, interesting. I predict that the people who killed her husband is Hara's dad or maybe the mom.

There is no way that it can follow the original novel because changing the lead character from male to female fundamental changed a big part of the story. In that story the child was actually the protagonist's but here there is no way Hoon is not Hara's. Emotionally not, but there is no questioning the biology
Well, speak of troublesome pairings, didn't this guy and his father try to kill her and her family and her mother didn't survive the fire. I foresee lots of heartbreak in this pairing.
