I dont like yuehua at all , i was hoping maybe she might be a friend to the FL but now that she showed her true self the only thing i hope for her is to get kicked out the palace. I forgot the name of the Matron ? That sacrificed her self earlier for Hu but she hit the nail on the head about yuehua ,when all of them entered into the palace - She thinks too highly of herself.
Her character just annoys me when she trys to desperately stand out and beat the FL. Each time it backfires, you'd think she'd give up but no she continues on. Playing sugar baby to the emperor to get promoted and walking around like she did something 🤡. After episode 24 , i dont even ship her with the 2ML , not like he has any real feelings for her at this point besides using her to accomplish his plans.
People rating it low not totally because of poor subs. The plot itself is pretty bad too, despite the costumes…
Yes plotwise I agree, since im caught up its starting to lose its appeal to me, for me there is no driver in the plot as of yet. Maybe ill see that in the future.
1. The Emperor is seriously making me mad. The Empress was clearly sick and not pregnant and yet he still showed no emapthy and he pushed his wife down when she was there to check on the other kid / plead her case . I really feel for the empress ...before as the crown princess she was always helping out the dumb crown prince but now that hes the Emperor i feel like he has totally forsaken their relationship in favor of the concubine . also his attitude torwards ZhanJI has changed. How can u be a good ruler if you're obviously bias.
2. I dont get why people are rating this low because of subtitles. What does the quality of subs have to do with the plot, production, music and character development ? If subs are poor and you cant watch the show then just wait till u have good subs and rate it based off the show.
I hate how xia ming uncle is trying to use He Yao she seems like a nice girl but its kinda clear he doesnt like…

Xu Xiao should of just let Dong lin get fired 😒 i like believe he has the audacity to still talk behind her back. Just a egotistical jerk, they all know Xu Xiao is a baddie who does her work well. I agree. I was quite disappointed, i was hoping for another decent drama. The FL is foolish , after all she went through why make this child naive with a selective memory. Really not seeing how this is rated 8.6...
