Ode to Joy is a good story about the girls friendship who grow and go through hardships together. I love some of the side couples and as much as I love DL he wasn't that great in there. It was early on in his acting career, maybe still testing the waters? And he was only there half a season. If he has more screen time you can probably see some sort of character development but unfortunately that is the best we can get :(

He gave up his house to the new captain (Pyo Chi Su) at the dinner with all the village aunties and she probably couldn't leave her company completely but would visit him often and probably 2 week periods.. It looked like he had a house and all settled there. Idk that's just my interpretation.
I love Dylan, but I'm sorry.. the first two eps were terrible terrible acting. he's so talented and amazing in every other drama but this one feels so fake. I'll give it a few more eps, hopefully it'll improve.
2nd drama I feel bad and not mad about a second lead. I feel SO bad for ye lumin bc he's so old and prob will die alone :(( he's not perfect and is annoying sometimes but idk he's just old and lonely:,( i hope they give him a happy ending and that he can heal/move past this long and complicated relationship :/ I'm sorry I'm probably the only person that don't like yuan song. yeah, he's cute, charming, and young but just so immature, he doesn't think about the consequences in the future, but now in the most recent ep fanxing is immature too for going to find him lmao. ye lumin was perfect for her age and maturity-wise but ig nowadays that doesn't matter anymore :/
i didn't like him in le coup de foudre bc he was so monotone and emotionless but i LOVE him in his recent drama please love me & find yourself (yes even as support role was better than main role le coup de foudre) he definitely improved a lot and i cannot wait for more future roles!!! and go back to some earlier one, hopefully better than le coup

" this is literally the same exact kind of character the actor Hanson Ying played in the drama Face Off. Forced marriage/relationship when the girl doesn't love him, obsessive, hatred, controlling, etc. I really hope it isn't as bad as Face Off, it was soo hard to watch. If he is I'm dropping this drama. I hope this isn't a pattern that he keeps playing these kinds of roles. I know in real life he probably isn't like this but I just hate it so much. So far this drama is already hard to watch with everyone against Hai Tang ugh why
