This really is a well written drama. Not a single boring moment. It was engaging from day one to the end. The characters and their arcs are well fleshed out and how they blend intto the main arc is so well written in away you feel the contribution if each character to the main plot of the drama. The aesthetics are beautiful; the cinematography and OSTs are beautiful. Then let us talk about chemistry. LiXian and Yang Zi have natural chemistry just standing there together or apart you can feel the tensity of the chemistry. This shows how much character chemistry is important in making a show even more lovable. I can watch these two all day without getting tired. Yang Zi my lady has done it again and LiXian has proven genre is a slay for him. I give kudos to all actors and actresses who did a good job in making this masterpiece. I’m looking forward to watching s2 and see more of their married life together and San lang too. I normally rate a drama according to what things make me happy. As long as there is one thing that made smile; cry or laugh then it’s a ten for me. If I’m to rate this drama then I’d rate it 5000/10 because it has a lot of things that made me happy. I learnt alot from not only the drama but also from chatting with lovely people in the comment section. Let us all meet in S2 page.

There is a way that xianxia’s just bring out that sense of fashion in people. Just looking at the dramas this designer has worked on I can tell she takes her job seriously and knows how to define her characters so well that any costume just blesses them. What I’m excited about is; ARP’s next drama also has the same costume designer and he plays a prince. You know that role also brings out good costume designs and seeing that she’s worked with him in this drama then she’ll definetely design him well for that drama and now I’m excited to watch the fashion show. As you said ARP lived up to the expectations of the costumes. He knows he looks good and damn he is slaying them and one point to the voice actor who dubbed him. That low voice as Jing Yuan is hella good. I swear ARP should keep on taking such serious roles, they fit him so perfectly but of course he should not forget our comwdy rail.

It is unforgettable.. It came as a surprise and he did the role justice. Sometimes I miss out on the story by just watching his aesthetics. The designer really out-did him/herself with ARP. He was told to make him look good and they created perfection itself. I’ve watched ARP in many of his dramas but in this drama they brought the aspects of beautiful; handsome; sexy; seductive; alluring; desirable; intriguing and fashionable. He is so appealing that watching him ain’t tiresome at all🥰🥰😍😍😍😍

I hope A Chun will have a love interest. I love her unhinged expressions😁😁😁and I hope it will be someone good. I can see Zhufu and Chuan Yu

okay.. I now really feel bad for LC. I thought he was bratty; narcissitic and confused but no dude was just born in the wrong family. His father is a dumbass idiot. Ning Wang’s dog gift was accurate. Miles Wei has done a good job playing LC who is being played by fate.

Very lame motive. In NXY’s body he had people who revered him and could accompany him but chose to stick to a single log even if it could sink.

For me second lead syndrome has never been my thing. I reasonate with a character and not an actor and I think even our favorite actors would wish us to reasonate with the characters they play and not attach them to them but be part of the character and only then will we understand their hard-work but people are busy looking at their actors and justifying their terrible actions. As for me if my favorite plays a ruthless villain, I’d be the number one hater of the character and on the side praise his skills of making me hate his character. Many people miss the point of a drama by looking at an actor and not the character. One of my favorite actors is Miles Wei and he has an airing drama where he is playing a bratty character and I’m a hater there.

That book has never been a good thing. Even the word evil cannot define him. Can someone tell me his motives? It has always been a love that goes both ways with a confused book trying to mingle. What da f…. is wrong with it? I’m not sure I’ll be happy with its end. I feel it will be unjustified. Cursing it; beating it ain’t enough.. I’m not sure how I can vent my frustrations. I swear this is the first time I’m so set on hating a character this much because this book is just not justifiable… its motives arrghh🙄🙄🙄🙄

I am a fan of the actor but I’m absolutely an anti-fan of each and every of his actions in this drama as a character. Even him breathing irks me. Like literary I can’t find the motives for his actions and if its jealousy then it is hellllaaa lame. It should have stayed a book and do what a book should be doing and not what this book is doing. It is a liar and a manipulators and it is the poker face that irks me even more as if whatever it is doing is right. I can’t wait for it to perish foreverrrrr never to be reincarnated. I tried initially to understand it but I’ve failed, it is doing beyond jealousy. it is a pyschopath with powers.

For me their chemistry has surpassed that in TTEOM. The best chemistry of BL was with XK but I think with ARP, it is very good and comfortably good.
