The problem is that there is a tone a bit similar to the one in the drama My Country The New Age in its second part. That drama started out very well and then completely drowned in long, limp, slow, soft spoken scenes. With that, a terribly soporific background music based on violins or cellos. A snail's pace. Entire episodes with almost only that, in scene of intrigue where nothing happens. RWTMR suffers the same problem, fortunately, less heavy.
I prefer the classism of the old historical dramas: a spoken plot scene is short, has some punch, with a more identifiable background music, the volume is higher on the highlight. And the scenes follow each other quickly like in a comic book. The drama is never drowned in endless dialogue scenes where nothing happens. It's possible to have 3 intrigue dialog scenes in a row, often linked to each other, and this is done very quickly without slowing down the drama. In these conditions the political intrigue scenes become interesting and produce the desired effect of surprising or introducing a plot twist or a threat.

I tried hard, but it never worked for me. And characters can be also sharply designed in plot-driven story. Well, have to, because they have to be accurate to the plot. It's not linear but reverse story structure.
There are many funny dialogues or reactions in the drama. When the husband says "I'll take this pen to my grave." It's all pretty grim. But it is interpreted as a sweet word by his wife and she immediately excited and want to make love.
I watched ep 5, and I'm in. I don't really like plot with NIS or things like that for now. But relationship are fun. It's good comedy, no slapstick, natural situations. Many times, the husband think he get catch, but his wife always find another reason, lol!
With "suspicious partner" writer, this have potential.
Damn, Ive made an error. It was about "Link: Eat, Love, Die" not Mr Hong remake. I didnt watched Crowned Clown. I put that aside because I watched Ruler of the Mask recently. So a king with a mask too. I will watch that later, as I like very much historical dramas.

That's a lot of time travel dramas. It's recent dramas and I didn't watched dramas during weeks or month before, so I missed that. I will wait Sisyphus ending, I prefer watch only one time travel story at the same time.
The companies wasted their time trying to make viewers happy by replacing actor and not cancelling the drama but…
The rating are just like before, so it's ok. If you want to compare, they should have keep Ji-Soo episode 7 and 8. Then the rating would have mean something. (if the rating are very low, people don't accept this actor anymore. If rating are like before, nothing change, so the actor change is useless).
I just watched ep3. It's quite quiet for now. Some funny things and nice to see actor Lee Si Eun. 2 main characters are well done and interesting, but Im not fully hoocked.

Yes. It's quite normal at the beginning because he have a role of extra. But when he become conscious and alive, the actor change nothing with his acting when the goal of the drama was to made feel us the difference. Blank, dull, inexpressive, all the way. Worst actor I ever seen in dramaland so far. It's the only one actor I banned ! I'm happy when I watch Lee Min Ho after that, and realize Min Ho isn't so bad. Ro Woon isn't actor, just model or idol. And it's fact, not opinion, even if it make people angry we say that. It's quantifiable. We can analyse scenes here, make screenshot. It's so obvious and visible, like if the drama scream to us. Girls are blind because he's a pretty man (sure!) and just try to change reality according their wish.

I see it like that : Sigma (mad painter of previous loop) reach 2021. He go in the past 2001. He live until 2020 (the Sigma we see as big bad). This Sigma watch the scene with Tae Sul and the Sigma mad painter of current loop. 2021 Sigma mad painter go to 2001. Sigma current big bad continue to live then reach 2035.
But I don't understand why he never get old. He should be 40 (sigma painter) + 20 years (2001 to 2021) + 15 years (2021 to 2035). Or there is a "time ghost" sigma ? asleep somewhen, able to go back in a stable version, like Tae San ?
I thinked also all the different loop are just like one : all the different state of quantum non determined state (before decoherence quantum phenomena). The way quantum computer work : superposition. Not 0 or 1, but all states between 0 and 1.
