All So-jin case sound obvious to me, as well what they want (the key), so So-Jin have to manage the situation with cautions and her big time trap & drugs was the best thing to try. She don't want ICB or Sigma get the key first. About the red dot, I first thought it was weird, but since then I made the analys of the scene and it fits, there is a final shot showing Seo Hae outside, aiming the windows opposite to the old man, from slight high ground position (each opposite walls have windows). There is many things in the drama that are really more weirds, and these things could make you mad. I don't even know if you want to know what, lol ! And we struggle to know what is on purpose or what could be really a mistake (in a so complicate script, there is always errors, screenwriters are not superhuman, then all the team could misinterpret the script. All scripts of this kind have errors, it's quite impossible to manage so much and so complex content. Even in movies there is, and it's 16x1h10 drama here. Of course, if you watch rom-com, it should be ok about that, but I'm sure there is many errors too, it's just you don't spend time to look at that for this kind of drama). She don't want Control Bureau intercept the call. Remember about Restaurant owner, Sun call police, then Control Bureau came after. Seo-Jin and ICB are differents organizations with differents goals. When she threat Tae Sul to call police, it's comedy. All these scenes was fake. She didn't want he learn she know about time travel.

Oh, you are far from that. There is indeed maaaaany weird things, and maybe a bad props man, it's hard to differentiate weirds details on purpose or mistake. But about So-Jin call to the police, there is a explanation why she don't call police. I don't say to you now because you are at episode 6 and I won't give you spoiler.
I like very much Cheon Seo Jin & Ha Yoon Chul "back romance". Sound true and believable, even if about Seo Jin, she fall more easely in this because she's weakened. Still, the fate of their daughter is at stake. Both of the characters admit their feeling. And anyway, it was forshadowed during episode 1 with a fact : Yoon Chul is better in bed than Dan Tae. He gave his fingers for that...
