I get the idea, but this actor or another: there is an unrepairable break in the relationship between the two leads. Everything that was built and felt by the viewer at the beginning is annihilated. Just one more depressing fact...
As far as it’s wrong of ji soo, with his past behavior I’m just not feeling it with the new main lead :( when…
It is a risk to take: low ratings lead to a financial loss (advertising). On the other hand, having to redo so many scenes is also a financial loss. I don't know which is more financially penalizing.
But for the drama, it is highly penalizing.
Of course, now some viewers are happy with the change, but this is only a temporary feeling. Just the time to watch the drama when it airs. And even so, it is possible that the interest will quickly fade away once the case is over for a few weeks. The audience will gradually disappear, and silently.
If we look at the long term, in five or ten years, the current buzz will not matter anymore, and only the cohesion of the drama will matter. And at this level, the drama loses forever the possibility to be a masterpiece and to enter the hall of fame. A shaky drama, with actor changes, excessive cuts over two episodes, maybe more. And possibly a replacement actor much worse than the original one, which was already not extraordinary but up to the task. And all the hard work of the production to give the best can never change anything, sadly.
The drama has lost the opportunity to be an artistic work, to be only a fragmented and temporary consumer product.
All this is so depressing that I have lost all motivation to continue watching. No matter how much I read the positive comments here, the words vaporize like ash and are blown away by a death wind. Sadness, overwhelm, bad luck, the relentlessness of fate. It's like watching one of my favorite actresses drown in the ocean, just when I thought she might finally get an outstanding drama with a great scriptwriter. The kind of solid work that I would want to watch again and again.
Wild theory : Sun is Sigma.Sun travel back in time after 2021. Come back in 2001.Grow up, get a ugly face, then…
Not Tae Sul but Tae San, the brother. yes yes yes!!!! Sigma is this guy. You see, in 2001, he was young (and maybe pretty, but we don't really see is whole face).. It's why I thinked. oohhh, 2021 : atomic war, Sun come back in time. Still young in 2001, then 2020 again... pppplease we need an actor for older sun !!!! ok ok ok ok let's take a bad man.. ah ah aha ha.
Wild theory : Sun is Sigma.Sun travel back in time after 2021. Come back in 2001.Grow up, get a ugly face, then…
By the way, Sigma is the very first time-traveler, 06/08/2001, subway station. If I understand your theory : old sun-sigma kill Tea Sul to help Young sun-sigma to get the girl. WOOOO. Best love triangle ever. ;-))
They used the trick : Ep 6 cliffhanger, Ep 7 explanations. Problem is : explanations take half the episode. Not…
Basicaly it's a good tech when well done. and here, even if it's was half episode, I think it was well done (still a bit too long). My favorite drama W use that a lot lot lot. End episode-Cliff-next episode-what happened. But it's more 5 to 10 minutes flashback no more. Here, if we take a look on Sisyphus : if you tell the whole Seo Hae story, it lead you to end episode 6. then first half episode 7 : the scene Tae Sul tortured by ex-girlfriend and end-scene in the market. Here it's linear. Honestly, it's not as punchy. No ep6 cliff, straight on, no suspens or mystery. No "sigma" and screen cliff ep6. Sigma screen scene would come half episode 7. Here we get : ep6 sigma cliff. Ep7 sigma cliff at funerall. Good cliffhangers.

I had doubts ep6, and even more ep7. (He don't leave korea with family) Love triangle : Sun save Seo Hae, Tae Sul die. Perfect match, loto winner xxx. :-D
It's annoying how one episode went by so fast! An hour definitely isn't enough! It's like you're just beginning…
They used the trick : Ep 6 cliffhanger, Ep 7 explanations. Problem is : explanations take half the episode. Not good. But OK if it's the only episode doing that. I remember TKEM doing that each episodes : deadly, even more because it's even wasn't easy and nice situations to follow, but boring and confusing ones.
This drama is crazy annoying, each time it try to disappoint you factor 1, it then come back factor 10 to make you even more addict. A kind of weird masterpiece factor 9/10. ^^ Can't stop laughing, sorry :-D . fukkkin good drama. -_-
Did anyone notice the [ Σ ] called "Sigma" here in this drama is similar to the sign on the neck of the man who…
I ve made X theory. Each time my previous one was wrong, and my previous previous one became true again. This drama just shoot us a bullet in the head. ENJOY!!!! :-DDDDD
Vagabond didn't really make the action right. There is big holes and misteps during action scenes. But actions…
Hello! Don't give me Spoiler, I haven't seen the end of LUCA yet ;-) I'm not sure which scene you're talking about... After the stunt on cable episode 2 ? The troupe that picks up Tae Sul and Seo Hae here is not the Control Bureau, but Broker Park and his two assistants. We know that the assistants come from the future (episode 4), about Broker Park, I don't know.
You know it isn't going to be realistic when the main lead sealed a cockpit windshield with a plastic paper liner…
Ah! as you speak about that : ender games. I read the book after the movie... and I saw the movies made some cuts in the book, but quite good ones, efficients. I even thinked it was better. Children of Dune didnt get budget, but it was pleasant about esthetics and outfits. And first time this book was on screen. Optimistic ? ah, Im pessimistic about that remake. ;-) But let's see.
Is there any romance btw the leads? Probably not or (given the tags)
Tags are edited by MDL. If public don't know yet if there is any romance or information not given by original channel, no tag. But if during the drama there is, I suppose a MDL editor will fill the tag.

I thinked a lot about that.. if you want to do this, you would need to put an insane amount of voice overs. But if one day a director dare to do that, it would be either : big failure OR accurate and cultissim (with lot of parody Vod). All or Nothing. There was the mini series on scifi "children of dune". not that bad.

There, I'll just have to mourn now.

It's how he celebrate funeral.
As my theories are half wrong, just take it for fun. ;-)
