same! I don't get the complaints over the action scenes those are the most exciting parts of the drama for me...
About comments on how is unrealistic the plane cockipt scene, I think it's mostly very spectacular, but the script provide some way to give a realistic explanation or show the scene in a convincing way. (I don't nitpick about CGI or things related to budget).
The script was precise about that :
- ML hightech first aid kit. Instead of hero coming hand in the pockets and performing miraculous things without a tool that could really do it.
- Reference about war pilots doing the same. (cokpit hole)
- Copilot passed out because lack of oxigen.
- Oxigen masks used during the scene.
- Quick explanation about what he try to do to fix the electronic device.
I think all the script could do for making the scene more believable was done, and in any action-movie you never get something so detailed.

OH MY GODDDDD!!!!That action sequence scene in the second episode!!!! I'm so hyped right now...
Good thing some other people noticed it. Not only it's new in kdrama, but also, it's inspired by the most inovative korean action-movie from recent years. As an action-movie addict, it jumped to me. It's the best of the best about fighting scene directing on TV, only way to get better is to put Lee Jung Ki in the sequence because he's great at martial art. PSH nethertheless worked hard and is convincing. Plus you heard the breathes, natural fight screams, etc.

Only during the whole action scene (on the roof), there some slowdown I don't like, during transition sequences. As a result you get the impression the opponents wait too long before to start next battle, or you don't know what they want to do, shoot them all ? Want to capture them ? I don't know if it's a script problem or if it's on purpose, or I missed something. For now we don't know the objectives of this organization. Look like they don't want to hurt ML. I even don't know when FL said "they want to kill you", she was speaking about these guys. We already saw there is some other parts involved during episode 2 (the guy who want the key).

really? does this look like the villianess to you? it was so crude and cringey
Same way to shoot. A bit less good of course (bus scene in Vilainess use additional stunts too difficult and expensive to do in a drama), but something I never saw in any series. You get a scene like that into LUCA too. Episode 2, elevator scene. It 's also Sequence shoot full lengh. This kind of thing is always sensationnal in actions movies. And Vilainess style it's even more surprising, about camera movements.

Maybe a way to target audience ? Unnie prefer blond young boy, and Ajumma the smart and warm male lead. ^^

The Vilainess like action scene with full sequence shot (appartement fight), no cut stunts (chase on the roof), terminator 2 strip parody scene, dense and complex plot with lot of correlations, very good actors and relationships. This drama is awesome. I didn't watched something as good since a long time (let's say Memories of Alhambra, that still a very different style of SF, more enigmatic).

Good question! Thank, it make me thinking. I found something. What I remember, she only try to contact Taeseul…
Ok, let's resume : maybe the brother try a time travel and set a destination, he want coming where is his brother. Accidentaly, his brother (ML) is in a plane. Bad luck, so the brother appear in the sky, near the plane. Then we see he drop his suitcase. Once he is separated from his suitcase, this device is too far for him to keep in this time (As I already suppose the time travel work like this: you always need to be near your suitcase because you can stay in another time, as long as the energy device of your suitcase is On, it's why FL sizzle in the restaurant, as there was a short energy interference, she briefly half changed of time). So the brother change time and go back when he was before traveling. Here, it look like he traveled from to past toward the future. So he come back in the past, and in the sky. He fall from high altitude and die, his body is damaged. In this past, the ML see the body.
This theory might not work if the time device cant be used to set a geographical destination. Ive no idea.

There is no unlimited budget, and it's already stunning what they did with so few.
So, make the plane landing scene could be too expensive. Instead you get a aerial view of the plane after it landed. Also, showing this scene wasnt a priority as it's a transition scene, but it don't put something more about the plot, and it would be too long according episode duration.

You think about a prediction superpower ? Interessant idea. It's not one of my supposition, I think about more traditionnal time travel plot. And about the brother in the sky, he should be a brother from a different timelines, because if I remember the brother should be dead. Damn, I need to rewatch the episode. I already forgot some points.

Title Sisyphus: The Myth Spoiler
In the beginning, Seohae's father said that she shouldn't meet Taeseul. But why is she trying to reach out to…
There is so many possibility on how the script could be deep here.

I suspect other things : she could not be at this restaurant randomly. She was supposed to get here, with this young guy ? Also, the TV. Another reason why she say the loto numbers is because she know not only the number, but she already watched this precise information flash. We see something strange make us guessing that : she wait long before saying the number, and say the number at last moment, before the speaker say the number. I was wondering she could miss a step because she wait too long and the speaker is faster. Then, the info flash isn't the same and give the plane crash info.
It's just speculations. I feel something weird about the whole thing but I don't know what yet.

About the sizzle anomaly : why she sizzle now, and not before ? The other suitcase is already here, so she could sizzle before. Here I think it's related about how quantum physic work. Let's look Alain Aspect experience like quantum gum retarded choice, Bell's experience, photon state particule/wave, or any quantum intrication experiment. It's only when you measure the system than you know not only how it is, but create how it was. The measure change the system. It's like when you get the information, you determine how was this information before. It make sens than the sizzle anomaly is triggered, only when you get the information in this story.

Title Sisyphus: The Myth Spoiler
In the beginning, Seohae's father said that she shouldn't meet Taeseul. But why is she trying to reach out to…
Good question! Thank, it make me thinking. I found something.
What I remember, she only try to contact Taeseul after an anomaly. She watch TV (around 51:30 minute), and learn about the plane crash and Tea Seul was on the plane. Look like she's worried. As she know loto numbers, she probably know others informations about present day, and this crash wasn't expected. Not only that, but she sizzle. I guess an energy interference with another time travel energy device from another suitcase, Taeseul brother one. Not sure about what mean this brief disparition more, maybe the energy cell not only is used for time travelling, but also to keep you in the past time, so when she sizzle, it's like she briefly half go back to the future.
I would need to rewatch more for getting additionnal information.
After, she pass out. But first thing she do when she wake up, she open her suitcase. I wondered why she do that already, and I don't understand yet why she do that when the young guy can watch her, maybe she don't care it's not important in the context. Now I think she do this because it's an emergency, she need to check something, and she look at the energy cells. Something wrong maybe, because she look woried again. She eat a banana but look absent while that and do not participate to the dialog with the young guy. She's thinking about what decision she should take. And maybe put in balance if she should or not contact Teasul. Then she decide to contact Tae Seul. So the decision to contact him is because there is an higher danger than to not contact him. The danger is he's about to open the suitcase There is a line about this later in the episode, (1:07:30) when she leave a message to the client service, she say "don't open the suitcase, if you do it, we are all condemned" . If you look at the trailer, who know ? When he open the suitcase, maybe it will be apocalypse ?

By suspending disbelief, I really enjoyed the first episode. What a bloody marvelous start indeed!
Yeah! I'm very hard to be entousiast, and Ive a good feeling here.
Last time I was hooked by this kind of story... mmmh, when was it ?
Train was nice, but nothing to this level. I should say "365 repeat the year", it was awesome too, not big budget on screen like here, but still very good cinematography and crazy plot. Same kind of feeling, when you are ready to jump all feet into the drama.

So long as you have a strong threshold for your suspension of disbelief, I think this is off to a good start.…
I think it care a bit about realism, but as some scene are too much spectacular, it look like pulled by the hair. Im Ok with that, and what I hope more, it's a good consistency about the plot, meaning of many details we get during the first episode. Like, the brother was in the sky, but why ? Or, PSH know loto numbers, but why she say that to the young guy ? Or PSH go to a railway, why there, and when is it ? Future, present ? What's the point to go on the roof of the train and to have a tanning session here ? You see what I mean. It's a very good mystery episode, but in the other hand, if there is no valid answer, or if the answer have no logic in the end, it will be disapointing. As I'm optimistic, I think for now it will be consistent. I say that because there is already many small details that make sens, and you can already guess some answers. Plus the narration is good. It put the right mini-flashback at the good time, and if you think a bit about what you watch next, you understand better what happen and is hidden.
