i understand that the princess has trauma but her actions are terrible and she literally has no redeeming qualities 😮‍💨 she's overbearing, lacks common sense, stubborn to no end, doesn't think of anyone but herself, and the list goes on. I hope she changes a little by the time the show ends, but there's only 5 episodes left 🫣

I also wanted to drop it after the first episode as it left me very lackluster, but I was too lazy to look for…
ohhh, that's good to hear! thanks for letting me know. I'll give it a few more episodes.

I'm sure people will hate me for this, but the FL kind of has no charisma. Like, if the scene/camera didn't focus on her I'd think she was just some support character I don't need to pay attention to. Her acting is... okay? Not horrible, not great but just not really captivating.

Sad. It has an 8.4 rating so I was hopefuly it'd be good but reading some comments and watching the 1st episodes, I'm already doubting.

The father and mistress already piss me off LOL can someone just spoil the whole thing for me? TLDR of the entire show? lol

Title Perfect Match Spoiler
I don't get why it has such a low rating when it has barely started. Besides for the "friend" that deserves to be buried alive, I don't think any of the characters have been so terrible - especially compared to other C-dramas I've watched. Yes, the cousin/sister's husband is annoying and definitely has questionable morals but even he stood up for her and her family when he found out what that "friend" did. Not the sharpest, obviously, but also not horrible. ML'S mom while annoying definitely isn't the worst C-drama mother I've witnessed. I enjoy the sister bonding story and really wonder if her twin brother is somehow alive and just lost his memory and is currently living as someone else. I assume this would be a part of the plot given they said they never found his body. Also LOL Winwin. Never thought I'd see him in a drama and for him to play such a d-bag. what a surprise lol

overall, will continue watching. it's fun and light hearted for the most part with obvious other undertones. not the best, not the worst I've seen.

Title Squid Game Season 2 Spoiler
My issue with this season was that it felt rushed. We didn't get that same connection with the characters from Season 1. I mean, I probably would've felt sadder if there was just a little more time to see the blooming relationship between Hyun Ju and the other girl. I also liked Se Mi but she was barely even shown. The father with the terminal daughter also would've hit me more but he was also barely onscreen. I'm assuming they left the mom/son pair and the pregnant girl/ex-bf pair for season 3. Hated that Gi Hun's friend didn't just tell him how brutally 001 killed the guy during the game and hated that Gi Hun didn't suspect 001. like c'mon. Hyun Ju and Jung Bae were the 🐐 at the end. Felt like Hyun Ju was the only one that actually knew what she was doing. Sad that we had to see Jung Bae go but it was obvious. LOL TOP's character was just entertaining. Annoying, but entertaining. Ugh, Dae Ho, why?!?! You should've just let Hyun Ju get the ammo or just go with. It was clear, he was out of his wits by seeing how he's not even shooting correctly and just wasting bullets. whelp, that was a fun binge. can't wait for season 3.oh, and lol of course the boat captain was a traitor. can't trust nobody.
oh, how could I forget. I honestly thought that No Eul was somehow going to save the father character at the end and thought it'd be funny since they were also in Sweet Home together. but I am intrigued in seeing her role and how it develops.

Title When the Phone Rings Spoiler
okay, so what we know.
BSE: Not the real son
HHJ: Not the real wife, selectively mute
In-A: Is back, what does she want?
Sang-Woo: Lived in an orphanage, was playmates with the real BSE?

I'm curious to know what happened back then and why they replaced their son knowing he was alive or they thought he died? and also, who is BSE if he's a replacement? Was he also an orphan?

Lastly, everyone thinks BSE is married to the older sister. Legally, I assume they didn't sign papers? Cause wouldn't that just be messy? lol

It was funny that I was like the 3 men will all drink the wine on her behalf and that's what happened. Honestly, I didn't read the ssynopsis going in and watched because I like JZ and LQ a lot. Didn't think I'd be bawling my eyes out when she passed away. I love that she was surrounded by so many good people at the end who mourned her death as she had a rough start but always had good intent and made great impact. I also understand why they left Ya Mi to survive and killed off his sister. His sister and him chose completely different paths and though they were both used by the same evil leader, Ya Mi still stayed, for the most part, eerily neutral in most things. He killed, yes, but only when told so and he didn't enjoy it like the others. This isn't to say Miao Shuo enjoyed killing but she definitely didn't hold back. It was a brief reunion but I still felt happy that they knew that one another were still alive.

I don't know why but I greatly enjoyed Ya Mi's character - maybe it's the actor but he felt wonderful to watch on screen in this role.

Overall, I thought it was a pretty solid show. I actually loved the beginning episodes because you can really see when their feelings towards each other really developed. One of the bittersweet ending shows where I felt one of the leads dying made sense and didn't die because of a stupid reason or just to have a SE.

honestly, loving this so far! the leads have chemistry and they act out the childhood friends who care about each other but also act like siblings so well!

I totally knew that her fiance cheated on her. it was obvious. but I wonder why she hid it - probably because she wants a clean cut and her parents to not be angry on her behalf. I wonder when she'll actually tell them or just Seung Hyo about it.

overall, looking forward to more!!

Title A Journey to Love Spoiler
Ugh I knew most of us called it halfway through the show that it would be a SE, but goddammit. binged the last 20 episodes on Christmas and now I'm just crying. they literally had everyone die except for like 3 people. I'm devastated.

can we get the entire crew back for a modern version that's happy? LMAO these people deserve a happy ending too.

I would've loved to see more of the romance in the happy version too. lol this version really didn't need it. but I was a bit surprised but happy about the LTG and A'Ying pairing. the mutual respect is there and in sure even if they don't LOOOOOVE each other, after all the time they spend together and their mutual love and respect for Ning and Ren, I'm sure it was a beautiful relationship. lol it seems like LTG is "scared" to talk back to her anyways when she calls him out in shit so at least they have each other to remember people and share in the comforts of past experience and future joy.

overall, still a great watch but really, you left us 1 couple and I don't even know if Chu Yue is alive or dead at the end since she's seeing a kid that I don't think exists.

I feel like I'm melting into the chemistry between FL and ML. They are doing really well in the romantic comedy,…
agreed. idk why those scenes are even necessary. like these past 2 episodes have been great without it - for the most part except when they whine to him about food 🙄. let's keep it that way.
