I know folks are saying that the triangle isn't necessary and that Dowon already realises his own feelings, and I agree. I actually think that he's always kind of had a crush on her but because of his focus on work and because of their relationship, he's never thought about it deeper. After her confession and then slowly taking the time to really let it sink in, he's obviously getting to the root of it. The only thing? This is a 12 episode, one season series. lol we need Dowon to move a bit faster and I think that's why they inserted Mr. Anesthesiologist, not because Dowon hasn't realized his feelings but to really stimulate and get it going faster than had it just continued naturally. 'cause I can TOTALLY see Dowon moving slowly and 520 just going with that pace. Not thar anythings wrong with that, but again, we're stuck here with 12 episodes. 🤣
On ep9 and I honestly feel bad for the 2ML. He's such a green flag so far and his parents seem nice enough. I honestly want them to be end couple even though we know that's not happening. Also, cause I don't feel aaaaany chemistry between the leads. lol
but I am loving that theyre all nice working together and all the misunderstandings are resolved quickly instead of dragged out like some other dramas. lol
I was wondering how long they were gonna keep up the Kim Sa Bi petty backstabbing attitude and I'm glad to see, not that long. Glad to see the issues with Sa Bi and Nam Gyeong with the nurse was tied up by the end of the episode.
Also, as much as Yi Young seems disinterested in pursuing medicine, she's also very invested and concerned about the patients. She doesn't forward think a lot of the times, but when she makes a mistake, she learns from it. I guess Dr. Seo sees the potential in her and wants to continue to keep her engaged in order to fire up some motivation in her, which makes complete sense. Yi Young has potential but lacks the motivation besides for paying back her debt, so if she's able to have more of a passion and reason for staying, she'll be a great doctor.
Also, I'm confused. Am I supposed to be shipping the in-laws? LMAO cause like, I feel like I shouldn't but the show is making it seem like they have chemistry so now I'm conflicted LOLOL they are cute together though so.. hahahahahaa
I'm on episode 2 and the doctor that Doctor Oh Yi Young supports is grinding my gears. Are people like that in real life? 'cause it's one thing to be strict and hold people accountable but it's another to just be a b*tch and have a learning doctor be blamed for things they didn't do and bully them. Like you're working in a field to help people and you're gonna be a bully? 😮💨
Hi sorry to bother you, but does this fu yunxi aunt have a lot of scenes and also is she evil? Also is duke qi…
no, she doesn't have a lot of scene and she's not evil. Duke Qi shows up for a few episodes but I wouldn't say he's very important. He does move the plot forward a bit though.
The most tragic storyline here is Xi Wen and Chang'an. Her mother was finally able to walk again and was about to leave everything behind for a new life with her first love only to have her possessive, cowardly, weak, and obsessive ex-husband kill everyone she loved and grant her one last act of pain by stabbing her when she surely would've already died of the poison shortly. So sad.
I'm always confused when people are just evil with the pettiest reasons - show or real life. How were you raised to just be outright cruel and lack any common decency to interact and treat others? 😮💨
That was a devastating ending. I don't know why people are so mad about it. I feel like in a lot of these disaster shows/movies, your worst enemy is always the human. They're the monster.
Also, for those saying why they hesitated to kill him, it's not easy to shoot at another human. They didn't even kill the prisoners, they had the spheres do it for them. They weren't delusional like Young Soo was, so even when they shot him, they didn't shoot to kill. It's just so sad that it ended that way.
lol SAs an unconscious girl and then kills the guy who protects her and then blames it on everything else excepts for himself. dude obviously had questionable morals and lacked empathy. he was the one that stayed back while everyone else went to go rescue their friends, right? saw the spoilers saying one of the student goes delusional and kills everyone and immediately guessed it'd be him.
sometimes I wonder if a show only had smart and competent people, how it would be. would it be boring? I dont think so. but I guess it's too unrealistic to have a disaster break out and only have competent brave people to deal with it. I mean, even some of the soldiers ran away.
fell in love with Nara though. on ep 5 and I hope she doesn't die 😭
4th sister had the best storyline so far. it had funny moments, cute moments, and angsty-ish moments mixed with some fun court cases thrown in. these 2 are now on my watch list for any future shows. I've seen him in something but not the sister.
2nd sister story wasn't anything crazy but was necessary for the whole family to settle in a new area and support her. was kind of just lighthearted with some 'taming' your husband moments lol
3rd sisters story I like (call me biased cause I like the actor and actress haha) I like that they were 2 smart people trying to outwit one another and were also prideful, almost to a fault. I did think the "misunderstandings" went on for a little longer than necessary though. they obviously both liked each other and it really felt unnecessary to throw in misunderstandings and the whole disapproving MIL trope to keep them apart.
eldest sisters story was perfect for her. it was elegant, calm, and showed her resilience in providing support for those around her.
5th sisters story is still ongoing but I'm just a liiiiiittle over her beating people up. while it's nice to see that she doesn't take BS from anyone, beating up anyone who wrongs her gets old pretty fast.
can't wait for the last few episodes. still hoping the twin brother shows up!
Honestly, it's been quite fun to watch how different each of these relationships form and develop. I've quite liked watching so far up to ep21. Each character is distinct and each relationship dynamic is quite different from the next. live watching all the son-in-laws fall head over heals for their wives 🫣😂😊
honestly, yeah LMAO the second he got amnesia they were super cute and even before that the little smirk he had when he made her write scriptures through the night had me giggling. want to see what it'll be like once he gets his memories back.

Lastly, I'm glad the ML's mother isn't like the others we've seen where they just outright hate their daughter in laws
