lmao I didn't start watching knowing it's only one episode a week. I could barely do 2 episodes a week ☠️

After reading some comments, the only scene I felt that was awkward or displayed Hong Jo's personality in a cringe/awkward way was when she was laughing super loudly as Shin Yu quietly read the spell book. It was just off-putting how she couldn't read the atmosphere until moments later. However, maybe that's how they wanted to show that she's slightly socially awkward because she's been by herself for so long. 🤷🏻‍♀️ overall, I think it's worth a watch. the premise of the story is interesting and I'd love to see how the story goes. is she a descendent of the shaman? why was she chosen? it seems like Shin Yu is the descendant of the person who killed the shaman? is that why his family has been cursed for generations (genetic illness)?

I feel like Yura has been typecast to always play a snooty, rich character. Hoping her character is slightly different this time, but lol... maybe not. I've never seen the SML in anything else so this is his debut drama for me hahahaha

oh, on a side note, I like the main leads banter. like when he first offered a ride and she declined and he continued to tease her about the reason and hoped she gets close to the bus driver, etc. 🤣 and when she called him a dog cause he said he was like a puppy. playful and fun. it was also funny when she barged in and he said it's not me before she even said anything. like we all knew why she would think that, but I just thought it was a nice touch that he said it and knew she wouldn't believe him and got the photo ready lmao

it's insane that the students loved Ji Sooheon enough to rally and all lie about the situation. I'd call that herd mentality and I must say, Gi Osung must've been sleezy enough behind the scenes that no one cared to tell the truth.

would've like a bit more on both Gi Oh Sung, Seok Jaebeom, and Kwon Se Jin. Did GOS actually die? Did SJB go to jail? and for someone that dated Park Wonseok and was pretty much the reason he ended up getting blackmailed, this dude should've spoke up from the very beginning. I don't even understand when someone randomly goes, you're the killer cause the killer had red shoelaces and everyone suddenly believes them. like wtf... where's the logic behind that? overall it was a fun watch though!

now that we've seen 2 sets of parents, is Kang Hoon and his family next? we haven't actually learned about Kang Hoon all that much compared to Hee Soo and Bong Seok so it'd be nice to learn more. I'm also excited to return to present day too. but I guess they're not gonna give us that yet since I assume the parents are also gonna have a reunion of sorts once we go back to the present. and is Frank dead? if he's like Juwon, I doubt it.

it must be so heart-warming for him to whole-heartedly hear someone tell him they believe him, especially someone that can detect lies. I'm sure when he tells her everything from beginning to end, she'll have her own doubts. I mean, she already doesn't believe it's true. and probably by the end of the show, he'll say it once more and she'll hear it as the truth. I hope she keeps her abilities and it does just go away because she's found "the one".

sigh. the 2nd lead is a cutie, but I don't have SLS. I said it earlier in the show and I'll say it again. love is also about timing. so since it didn't work out the first time and she's found someone new, I'm sorry dude. you should move on too.

the last few minutes of episode 8 were amazing. with only 4 episodes left, I don't need any more silly scenes with that new counter. I need heart-breaking and heart warming moments and all the action. haha I did like Hana's side story and Mrs. Chu's side story. it really highlights the fact that having relationships outside of their circle is hard to maintain and makes it very dangerous for the other party which is so sad. I thought Do-Hwi was such a sweetheart now and even in the past with Hana.

I need to know if she ever finds out that the place he first saw her and fell in love at first sight was during her first mission and not at the company. kyah!!

I need them in some action scenes. they seem like they'd be an incredible combo in the field

I beg to differ. I can't watch just romance anymore as it's just too cliche so I love when they add in the mystery. gives me a little something else to focus on rather than just your normal tropes. haha and ohhhh, I wonder if she's not. I didn't even think about that. 🤔

I wonder what happened. It seems like the ML is guilty for breaking up with his ex-gf and she wanted to die, but what happened after that? How did she actually die and why was there so much blood? Did she die by the water too? I feel like it happened after that break up. He was also shown walking away his shirt bloodied at the beginning of episode 1. The CEO's cousin said something about them being the ML's alibi and that's why he owes them? But the look the CEO gave him looks like he's guilty for something.... everyone is suss in these shows once there's a murder mystery to me LOL

Syaon needs to move on. I understand why she's dependent on him since he supported her back when no one else did, but girl please. He doesn't love you like that. Why ruin a friendship and push for a relationship that isn't going to happen?! I'm always confused about that trope, the undying pursuit of the SFL. Like, if a guy doesn't like me, I move on.

I like the SL, but I don't think I'll get SLS even if he did have a sad backstop as to why he left her. Love is also about timing, sadly. and if he missed his chance back then, sorry bro.. 😞 the leads are just too cute with each other that I'm digging the budding relationship. They're not overbearing with each other but have natural interest in one another. Also, K-Dramas always has a crazy amount of 'chance' meetings. It's so unbelievable but I know it drives the plot when thenmy "run into each other on accident". lol

my biggest mistake was watching this while it airs and I can't binge watch it. 😫

kyah! ep3 was so fun and the ending is hilarious LOL I was like she's bunny hopping just like Judy Hopps 🤣 her mom is a piece of work. I never understood parents that think their child should provide for them endlessly and guilt trip them into doing so.

the ML is definitely falling for her. she's just a breath of fresh air for him and for her, he's never lied. so she has a good image of him and she thinks he's handsome 😏 the idol is a saesang LOL like.... he's your childhood friend and you're stalking him? girl, the 2nd hand embarrassment. can't wait for more of the main couple. hoping i don't get hit with SLS cause ughhh 😮‍💨 main couple so cute rn

kind of sad to see all of the Chinese counters taken out. wanted at least one to survive and team up with the Korean team 😭 and haha the 1st episode entrance scenes were so dramatic. 😂

KSH was great at pulling off psychopath killer. His comical side made it even more believable like this dude really has lost his marbles. I lost it when he killed a room full of men with guns and then cries about his one gunshot wound he got before that whole crazy 1 vs 8385729 happened 😂 need him in a drama as a psychopath. something like PBG in Monster. Go Ara should also take on more serious roles. i liked it much more than I do in her girly romance roles.
