In the list of things that make you go hmmmm....In real life Gulf is 4 years YOUNGER than the actor who plays…
Mew is actually the oldest in the cast besides the actors playing the parents. He is also older than the assistant director and maybe the director too...I'm not sure. Actors who play P'Thorn, P'San, P'Klui, P'Seo are all younger than Mew by a year or a few.
Special episode is only for Thailand and in cinemas only what abt the international fans ????????????
We'll most likely get to see it after the DVD boxset is released. They might air it on Line TV then. So maybe Jan or Feb 2020....I'm just assuming. A lot of Thai fans and international fans have been requesting them to do this.
Btw is TharnType the most succesfull serie bl of this season. Uwma and dbk did not even get number one in twitter…
Totally with you on UWMA. I thought I was the only one who got hyped up after reading the novel and then got disappointed while watching the series. The pace is too slow. Some scenes are dragged out for no reason, some scenes seem ad libbed and not natural (same issue I had in LBC) I thought we'll get to see the WinTeam couple get together too.....but nope they are not even hinting it. If you read their book you'll know by this time in the story WinTeam are already lovers. So even though I had problems at first adjusting to the fast pace of TharnType, I still prefer it to the dragfest.
Are you sure UWMA has more views? Isnt it because they count both line and youtube?
I think Thai viewers have a single video link for the entire episode. Only international viewers get episodes split into 4 parts. So yeah, maybe they do average it out in the end.

The views you're seeing on these links are just international viewers. Thai viewers have a different Line TV link which is not available to us. So the number of views they are claiming for each episode must be both thai and international views combined. Line TV is also available in Taiwan, so those views get added as well.
Oh wow I actually thought the special film was the one that was 1 hr 40 mins long, but it's the final episode?…
Ep 12 is 1hr40mins long. And the special episode is over 2 hrs long. But I think they may have added some new scenes not in the book coz there's only 2-3 epilogues...can't say how long the chapters are. Though the author Mame likes to write very long chapters. So maybe they have enough content for 2 hrs.
Can someone clarify about the special episode? Is it going to follow the book about Tharn/Type 7 years later where…
TharnType the original novel has some epilogues. I think the special episode is based on those chapters. Epilogues are usually daily life domestic bliss kind of thing. It's assumed second season will be based on the 7 years later novel.
You all Tharntype fans always have to compare this with other dramas. Can't you all enjoy this drama without comparing???
Personally, I like to watch 2 kinds of dramas. One that doesn't require any effort from me, and the other that makes me want to talk about it, question the characters actions and sometimes even defend their actions when people are coming at them with pitchforks. And usually its the second kind that stays in my memory the longest. Comparisons are natural since both are airing at the same time. But you have to admit TT got it views in spite of many people abandoning it after first few episodes.
And for dear Mew too...he is so talent its too real
And to think Mew came to audition for the roles of P'Thorn and P'San. What a great loss it would have been for this series and us to have Mew on screen just for 15-20 mins in entire 12 episodes.
Of you watched LBC, you would know what Tar's problem is.
LBC happens 3-4 years after TharnType get together. In this series Tharn, Type and Techno are in their first year of college. In LBC, Tharn, Type and Techno are in their last year of college. In this series, Tar will leave Thailand after his situation is sorted out. If you remember Tar comes back from Paris in LBC. So Tum gets to know the truth after 3-4 years.
That would be a good ending. He would deserve that and more *le shrug*
I couldn't finish that book. All the lies and manipulating Kengkla did to get Techno turned me off. So I went straight to the part where Techno finds out. I wanted so much for Type to beat the crap out of both Technic and Kengkla. But Kengkla living in constant fear of Type, and the power he has to ruin his relationship with Techno made me kind of happy.
I’m so tired of the lies and the drama. I’m almost ready for them to just break up. I hate love triangles.…
There is no love triangle here. Tharn has moved on and Tar has accepted it. But he also has his own reasons for saying those things. The only drama here is the misunderstanding that is being deliberately created by someone.
It was not as depressing as the preview made it out to be. A few cute scenes. Type did get his heart broken a little bit when he realized Tharn still had some kind of leftover feelings for Tar. But most importantly we saw a good growth of Type's character. Instead of going ballistic and throwing punches first and asking questions later he decided to go home and wait for Tharn to come home and then confronted him. I'm glad Type decided to take charge of the situation and fight for Tharn instead of sitting around feeling betrayed and letting someone snatch Tharn away from him....as it appears to him.
I have to commend the music director for this drama. Someone please help me with his name. Even though those supposed to be funny sounds in Techno scenes make me cringe but during serious and emotional scenes he is completely on point. That piano track....man. Wish UWMA had hired him. That one takes me completely out of the emotional scenes with its loud music.
Ep 11 spoiler pic. Current boyfriend confronting the ex-boyfriend.
Ep11 preview will be out today at 7.00pm Bangkok Time.
So even though I had problems at first adjusting to the fast pace of TharnType, I still prefer it to the dragfest.
