If you have taken an interest in Byeon Woo Sok, the tasty Crown Prince you can check him out in Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency. It’s another fluff drama but quite enjoyable. BTW it’s his lips that are note-worthy.
The icehouse find and who supplied the liquor has been a key plot point for the last three episodes.
Ah but that discovery leads to first inkling that someone big has to be behind the whole setup and that someone has to be within their own ranks. EEGADS!
I actually anticipated this drama from the very first start but all of my expectation got crushed quickly. It's…
bingo! Expectations are what keep everyone from enjoying what is in front of them. If you cannot do so, no need to complain about it. Just drop it and find something else. If you really are ticked off, write a review. Please understand the negativity is so wearing on the rest of us!
I am really enjoying this drama.. and it's not confusing to me, I wonder why many find it confusing? One thing…
Not every drama will be suitable for everyone. Sageuks often require sorting out many characters, their alliances and their motivations. You have just illustrated this. So one has to put the popcorn down and pay attention.
The so-called ‘lack of chemitry’ between the leads is an example of a slow burn romance. You don’t always get hit over the head and hear bells. True story. Couples can even loathe each other at the beginning. The Crown Prince may even realize what a gem he has in front of him. The same can be said of the humour! The are many different types . So you cannot expect slapstick in every drama. Humour can be subtle. And can go over people’s heads (I am often the only one laughing in the movie theatre. Remember those?) There has been humour in each episode but it’s been whispering.
I'm currently watching most of the dramas that are on air and there are much better plots and interesting acting…
A story about how prohibition impacts people’s lives will need to be all about liquor. One tends to be money hungry when one has a debt if unpaid will get your fingers cut off.
FYI: They are indeed already Mr & Mrs. but Rong had yet to break the news of her nuptials to her father. So why not pretend it’s their first time and make a splash out of it? Can’t blame the girl!
BTW it’s his lips that are note-worthy.
