A ROFL watch

I didn't expect to laugh as much as I did. The situations they get into are just too funny, plus Choi Woo Shik and Jang Ki Young are PERFECT in their respective roles -- Woo Shik as a type A neat freak and Ki Young as a stereotypical guy (but manly, wow he's smouldering in this drama).

I hope they act together again in another drama. (Hopefully another comedy, because their chemistry and timing together was gold!)

It was pretty obvious this drama was low budget, but that lent even more to the silly vibe. I loved it!

Pros:
- The premise was super cute. Makes me want to be in university again.
- The FL casted was great for the role! Very believable as a shy character.
- The ML's voice was like chocolate. I liked the vibe he had too.

Cons:
- The acting was really stilted. I get that this is supposed to be young love, but it was so awkward at some points. You can tell this is an inexperienced cast.
- This is a matter of personal taste, but I didn't find the main actor handsome.
- In such a short drama, I can't believe they still put in flashbacks. *Facepalm*

After watching Choi Jin Hyuk as a second lead in so many dramas, seeing him finally as a lead in a romantic comedy was SO satisfying. Same with Song Ha Yoon! I had only seen her Fight My Way, and felt like she got shafted in that. This coupling was all I could ask for -- cute, sexy and that height difference!!!

They were pretty much the only thing I liked about this drama. The supporting cast members weren't strong enough in my opinion. (Although I'll give a shout out to the adorable and supportive family dynamic Gi Beum's family had). And don't get me started on the story. Starting from episode 12, I just fast forwarded to the couple scenes.

Cliche, but does it so well!

The most recent kdramas have always lost me at episode 1, but this hooked me all the way through! I love the short 15 minute episode format, which kept things snappy.

This drama is sooooo funny and silly too! I love it. The side characters and heck Jung Il Woo too had me in stitches. Great comedic timing and chemistry from this cast of characters.

It's going down as one of my favourites. I'm so glad I happened to start this short little drama. The only minus point, is Jung Il Woo is a jerk in this. So much shouting and wrist-grabbing!

The visuals of Kim Tae Hee and Song Seung Hoon are like none other. They both had a reputation of being pretty faces without acting skills, but this drama turned it all around for them. This is them at their best! I haven't seen anything else from either of them that is as good as their performance here.

And the chemistry and comedy in this drama is off the charts! It was basically a Korean Princess Diaries. What's not to love? Starting at around episode 12, it gets a little angsty and not enough cute scenes between the main couple to balance it off.

Still I rewatch at least the beginning of the drama every so often to cheer me up. This is one of my favourites!
