(I'm not an expert and don't know how shares work when a company is bought etc, so maybe I'm talking nonsense…
From a contracts point of view, verbal or otherwise there needs to be some sort of consideration for the shares. And, i'm not sure hugs and kisses count.
I get the feeling the payment of 3 Billion Won was made via 2STO shares. And if that's the case transference of shares, especially private shares are not that easy, since SDM is not even family.
I mean, no point in talking about this, we are already talking more business than the show provides, hahaha :)
Before the ep airs, what do you think dalmi will answer to "why do you like me?"apart from his hands.
I think she will explain why she likes his hands.
But for fan service sake, and to save their unrealistic dodal relationship. She will probably give examples, then flashbacks, then more examples, then more flashbacks, then probably add some generic stuff.
even the whole concept they try to sell of making it seem like NDS parents were not supportive was flawed. Yes,…
Exactly, his parent's were actually quite good parents. The mom especially was always on NDS side, and for him to treat her like that... meh.
And the show tried to portray the dad as someone who only saw his son as a bragging tool, which is not the case at all. I never get that feeling. More of, I felt the parents were proud of their son.
And for NDS to tell his dad flat out "I don't you want you to be my pride, and I don't want to be your pride". When I heard that I was so instantly angry! I wanted to slap NDS silly. The parents who have always been supportive of him, treated like hot garbage.
NDS is a spoiled little brat that I would feel ashamed to be a parent to.
she is a ceo in a specified field like IT which is right now the most competitive field in the world and korea…
Hey hey, we're all on the same side :)
I get your point though. It's more the writers fault than anything for writing her character inconsistently, and taking away a lot of her agency in the latter episodes.

So true, so true!
A bit off topic here. But are you annoyed that the show has teased us maybe 3-4 times on how HJP will invest in SST, or invest in NDS/SDM, but in the end, he's not even SDM mentor, and has not invested in the company.
I always felt since ep. 2 that HJP will eventually invest and be part of the start up. But it's ep. 15 and every character in the show is in the start up but him. Like so messed up.
In the real world, especially for a field like technology, people just don't fall into these positions. Companies…
Yeah, she had potential earlier in the series, I was hoping that they would actually show more CEO like decisions to prove she deserved it.
She only starts being a dreamer after she meets NDS. Prior to that, she was a realist. That is why after meeting NDS, she quits her job. It's a symbolic moved to show she has decided to dream big.
The show though does not punish dreamers, choosing to reward them instead.
But for someone like me, who has had many of my dreams crushed, I am just so pessimistic in a world like this. I find it unrealistic. Depending on luck to succeed is not a good life plan.
1. Values family, and is close with Grandma 2. Has no parents at an early age, just Grandma. 3. Is mentally resilient.
HJP is:
1. Values family, and is close with Grandma.. 2. Has no parents at an early age, just Grandma. 3. Is mentally resilient.
NDS is:
1. Doesn't value family, and is not close to his parents. 2. Has parents, he just does not appreciate them. 3. Is mentally soft.
How the heck does SDM get attracted more to NDS? In real life, this doesn't make sense. Girls who are close to their family, often are more attracted to guys who are close to their families also.

She still has 7%
Let's play caption contest, where you try to come up with caption explaining the picture :)
I'll start...
"NDS: Hold still, how can I remove the booger if you keep moving."

regardless of the last 2 episodes, I am rating this a 7.
Constantly clinging on them, and asking what they like about you is.

Also, too much of a dreamer, will start to affect your ability to execute these dreams. Better to be a doer, with a touch of dreamer.
