Ok guys, here is my wildest theory yet... And I think it makes total sense!

We see in Ep. 13 that HJP has been getting love advice from Yong Sil, and we also know that Yong Sil has just recently been updated.

What if, HJP's Yong Sil's was in fact hacked by SST trio to only give HJP fortunes like these for the past 3 years:

"Good things come to those who wait"

or

"The turtle will always win against the hare"

So understandably, HJP hasn't made a move on SDM for three years. Then when NDS was going back, he changed the fortune to encourage HJP to make a move.

This is pretty diabolical and makes so much sense!

Well, WIJ is married to her work, and HJP is in a committed relationship with Yong Sil, so probably no relationship for them.
