You know what I am talking about. The world setting around DJX and the ML here are quite same. Its just how they handle things.

Also DJX also had a girl to whom he felt sorry/indebted to. Here also from her mother words it seems like Ye Rong's family helped his family in times of need. A different kind of setting but yeah sort of similar.

Ofcourse Lin Yusen is a better choice here because he is in fact the ML here.

1. FL fell in love at first sight with him.
2. Is poor
3. Has someone to whom he feels indebted to
4. tutor relation(here her brother)
5. FL gives him money here. In Hidden Love FL's family gives DJX money.
6. Both needed money for the mother


How is all this not similar to DJX condition. Just a bit different.

Didn’t quite see the words — …” in a diff world” did u. I didn’t meant his character but his situation somewhat seems like DJX.

That’s why I said he is Jiaxu. Like his condition is sort of similar to him. But how he handles things is diff.

It will probably have a time jump later. As the current timeline of the drama is 2012-13. Maybe that’s why u thought it was years later.

The 2ML isn't a morally bad guy till this point. He is just another version of Jiaxu (Hidden Love) in a different world.

In dramas usually the 2ML /2FL are villains.

As long as Zhang Xu is present she will also get screen time.

Exactly, in his mind she wanted to meet him as she fell in love with him. But after the accident she didn’t even visit him in the hospital. It would make any person angry.
Also even though he is angry with her, he is still helping her. If someone under probation made the kind of mistake she did. She would have been let go or even fired.

I haven’t read the Novel so don’t know about his character. But to me it feels like he definitely loves the FL but the 2FL’s family probably helped his family due to which his mother and him consider that they need to marry her.

The 2ML char backstory feels a bit like Jiaxu from Hidden Love. Just that his character is crooked and we have him instead of Jiaxu.

Yeah his family is definitely Chaebol.

Can’t agree more. Even though ep 4 was touching but I found it quite unsatisfying.
