That's an interesting point. The FL is not stellar but she is pretty popular and the ML is popular by most standards. So your opinion may be valid. To be honest, if it wasn't for the love triangle, this would have been a good watch - nothing complex but entertaining.
I am not sure how I missed this show when it was airing since it stars leads that I like but I am glad that I came across it. This is a fun watch and I enjoyed watching the lead couple's interactions. They were cute together and of course, looked so good with their visuals. Wang Zi Qi is a great, versatile actor and you can see that with the different roles he's played. Zhang Yu Xi may not be stellar but she picks roles that suit her and this is no exception. She doesn't go for ditzy beautiful characters and while her characters are not complex, they are also not one-dimensional. The supporting actors were funny but average. The ending did get draggy and the plot stretched out a little too thin. Still it was worth watching. I like the symbolism and references to Le Petit Prince. Overall, I think the MDL rating should be higher between 8 and 8.5.
I want the ML to find out the FL's real identity but also to make sure the FL knows that he loves her for her no matter who she is. The FL needs to know that he is not hung up over Luo Ai Lian, and he just feels guilty for not having saved LAL. It's a long stretch for her to reject the ML just because she thinks he is not over LAL. Waiting for the express package just for the leads' relationship and the satisfaction of seeing the villains punished. The stupid love triangle pretty much dropped the rating for me to average.

That subplot is not too bad but I hope it will not last long. Maybe the ML will come to the rescue again since he might have evidence that her father's death was linked to external suspicious people
I think this is HYT’s niche; he needs more dramas like this.

Ok, ep 16 was really weird…from the brother’s behavior to the ML changing his look and even dancing? And the FL turning all mousy and meek. I’m hoping that the rest of the episodes don’t become trash although with the whole love triangle thing, what else could be worse…maybe Prince Yi falling for LXE 🤢

Hahaha - that's a great question! That hair looked high-maintenance and perhaps you're right, it was the ghosts who styled his hair, which explained why it was so badly done ;D
