I enjoyed this. It had a lot of LOL moments and it was definitely a treat for all POLCA fans because we got to see our chaotic guys in all their crazy and funny glory.
I love TayNew and this was like watching besties act together in a project. I guess this is what almost over a decade of being partners who are ridiculously comfortable with each other look like. We got a bunch of cute little call backs to DBK, POLCA/POLCASAN, TayNew Meal Dates, some GMM name drops etc, etc.
Tay was extra good looking here and New is getting more adorable with age. I also LOL at how buff everyone is here! 😂
This was my intro to MondRyu (Ryu is HUGE) and I wasn't really feeling them. (Maybe they'll change my mind in Spooky Love Tale) Their storyline was just so meh to me. Either Mond was blushing like a priest in a whorehouse or he was severely sunburned in some scenes because he was bright red all over.
Leave it to GMMTV to turn a homewrecker into a housewife and to make a sob story out of it.
But yea, fun show with my boys. This also needed more Tui. He was a show stealer when he popped up.
Watching this back to back with A Breeze of Love makes for a hilarious watch. It's as if Do Hyeon suddenly sucks at basketball and picked up a paint brush instead and Dong Uk finds a shit ton of energy.
It got better the more you watched. I liked it. I know ABOL was 3 years ago, but they legit looked younger back then and could've pulled off high school kids, but they just looked like adults cosplaying kids in this one. 😭😂

I just finished it and your description is definitely how I would describe the feel of this show. The soundtrack is just amazing especially the ending song in the finale. It feels kind of similar to Shine with the old school feeling.

A little horror, a little mystery and LOTS of comedy.
The leads and the supporting casts were cute and likable. I especially liked Gildal.
