This show is going to be a torture for those, who wants them to be together forever, because episode by episode, they are going to fall apart as secrets will unfold, until the every end. Either this will result in wife's death or husbands, there is a 50/50 chance that it will have a happy ending. I hope for good ending, as for 13-some episodes, writer will be tormenting us with secrets, so end better be good otherwise... its just a waste.

Nonetheless, Absolutely stunning drama series, from acting to tragic story to characters, making it impossible for us to guess whether it will have a happy ending or not - but the chances are bleak, like very bleak.

Title Dinner Mate
I mean, 32 episodes, and they created this? There was nothing special about this drama, not even the mental illness they try to project was properly educated. I actually felt truly sad for male ex as show ends, as he did a "fanfuckingtastic" job of portraying a psycho and someone who is in real pain... nonetheless at fault. No sympathy for female ex though. But salute to main leads, who despite good at acting, failed to create an inch of chemistry and love. There was a moment at the end of episode 15 when male ex-finally understood that he might lose the women he loves for doing all the crazing things so he decided to remove her from her mind and when he crosses her in hospital corridor, and pretended not to know her, broke my heart. I really felt bad for him... I wish him to find him his own happiness now.

Overall, it was just an average show!!!

Jung is such a talented young actor among all the Korean actors I have seen these days. His performance in this series, is like acting roller coaster of emotions, and this was one of the few series, where viewers don't have to listen to words to get the story. He acted, with such serenity and showed pain and conveyed all the script from his eyes. He has a power of telling stories through his eyes. In every drama of his, you can see, her eyes are actually doing all the work of acting

Title The Light in Your Eyes Spoiler
I've never seen a drama quite like this. From beginning to end, I was captivated by the characters, the story, the writing, the music, and the haunting melancholy that permeated every scene.

There were no elements of science fiction or fantasy, no time travel. Instead, it was a poignant tale of a woman navigating her life after enduring profound oppression.

Born into poverty, cherished by her family, she fell deeply in love with a solitary soul. Their time together was brief, but her love for him was so intense that when he was taken from her, it petrified into sorrow. She couldn't love anyone else, not even herself. Suppressing her emotions, she made the tragic decision to turn away from their son, the one thing she could have truly cherished. Frozen in time, shattered inside, she remained unaware that the light she sought was always within reach, obscured only by darkness.

Now old and afflicted by an incurable illness, she revisits her life, imagining what might have been if he had never been taken from her. In her memories, she finds a way to save their love, traveling back and forth through time within her mind to ensure his sons happiness. In her final hours, she finally expresses the love she had hidden from him for fifty years.

Despite enduring profound sadness and hardship, she finds peace, focusing on the joyful moments of her life. In her last moments, she crosses into the "light," embracing her eternal love as they find solace in each other's arms.

I doubt there's anything else quite like this story anywhere else!"
