Although I have not seen this scene yet, I’ve seen this actor in other dramas, and he’s not shy (especially Love Scenery). Perhaps it was the director or actors are not comfortable together? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m the same, a very picky drama watcher, I don’t like wasting my time with bad scripts and poor performances, but this looks promising so far, so I’ll give it a shot 🙂

On episode 7, and a little confused with the ML’s attitude/anger towards FL. I mean yeah, she might have answers he’s spent years searching for, but his attitude is a little irrational. Also a little disappointed with how she suddenly became a totally different person, and forgot how to stand up for herself.

Possibly, but I think it’s just the aesthetic for most of these dramas (which I don’t love). I myself prefer when dramas have more of a “movie aesthetic “. That being said, none of it stops me from enjoying the stories 🙂

No I think you’re right lol. For some reason they choose to focus a bright light on the actors’ faces. I think it’s a historical cdrama thing.
