Writer-director Hwang Dong-hyuk did his best. I’m sure he had so many possible ending scenarios, and he chose this — I respect that. But if you want to go the realistic way, then commit to that. Or go fully cinematic like Season 1. This one kind of jingles between both. Not a bad ending, and I’m sure everyone got the meaning behind it. But honestly, it’s nowhere near Season 1, which I expected. Because yeah, bringing back that nostalgia — even for your own creation — isn’t easy. And end credit of USA version hint was the worst.
At the end, what’s the fùçking moral in it? Why the fùçki we need season 2, season 3 if it’s all just the same repeated circle. Please excuse me for the language. It's brilliant i ger the mag but that's not how it should end.

After watching Episode 2: What am I seeing here? A masterful performance by Jeon Yeo-been and Namkoong Min. Other departments—like direction, screenplay(could have more nourishing) , and sound—beautifully complement their acting. High expectations often ruin good experiences—but this drama shatters that illusion. It speaks for itself. There’s a long way to go, and I have no idea where it’s heading—but I’m here for every moment.
This is going to be a bloodbath — mark my words. It’ll satisfy all the hunger that’s been stirring within us. I know Choi Sung-eun and So Ji-sub will deliver.
Should I start it? Don’t know much, just that the male lead’s a brilliant actor who does very few dramas. If it gets 15 likes, I’ll start it right away!
Finished Episode 3 — not bad. It’s early & kind of hard to tell if it’s actually good or not. There are definitely flaws, but I liked how naturally the characters flow. It’s refreshing to see such open-minded and easy-going conversations and chemistry between them.
In recent times, nothing comes close to The Best Thing—it's a masterpiece. It's the kind of drama where you can't even skip a minute; that's how good it is. I've searched everywhere—recommendation tabs, Google, ChatGPT, even on this platform—but found nothing similar or even close to it.
