Quite a frustrating watch, typical of long azz cdramas. Shawn Dou's hotness can only carry it for so many eps... 😊 really trying to find a drama with him which I can complete without wanting to throw something at the screen!

Oh wow@ep 15... NYS breaking down has to be the best breakdown performance I've ever seen! The acting so far has been stellar from the whole cast and it's a joy watching them... I gotta love Pingping's face the most, I just want it to fill up my screen evety time there's a glimpse of him, beautiful boy!

SDW and KHW were separated already I think... I'm guessing she had to die for SDW to go through all he did, it was the only way to see KHW's true colours and the only way for him to deeply connect with Sooah... though I reckon SDW was way too lenient with KHW

I wouldn't say justified, maybe understand why they did it would be a better way of putting it for me but it still doesn't justify it though I don't think the character is trying to justify what she did...

I was surprised that the writers took that route with Nina as I thought it was enough that Elise pinned it on the other guy. I hope Nina does get to come back as she acts as an intermediary between Jiang and KeSong but I was a disappointed in Ke Song at letting him off the hook so quickly with a knife as a present!

At ep 18 I thought Jiang would've grown up a bit from having tantrums but just checked and it's 40 eps so I guess he's got a few more eps of being a clueless psycho... I'm kinda not feeling sorry for him at all that he lost his sense of taste since he fired Nina on no solid basis. Really digging SZE though, her acting is on point.

I felt the same too... like a student having a crush on her teacher... it was annoying.

It might also be a cultural thing... that festering guilt, they'd die paying things back
