Better than What I expected
This drama received a lot of backlash as people had a problem with Shen Yue's and Jerry Yan's age gap of about 20 years. But I felt that the chemistry turned out really well. I read many reviews about people not liking the story line. But I Kind of liked it. Lu Yanzhi is kinda cute. I felt that Jiang Yan, the love rival was way too evil. They could've avoided some parts. There are some cute scenes which really brought a smile to my face. I also have to mention about the funny character Daly. I liked him too. I really liked the ending. I would not say "wow amazing drama" but still I think that it was a pretty good watch.Was this review helpful to you?

Cringy
I don't want to run is literally the worst c drama that i ever saw. Although there are some funny parts, the story is literally so boring and there are a lot of stupid scenes. Although it looked good in the beginning, it reached a point where it felt so cringy. Acting is so bad. Some characters are just overacting especially the female leads best friend Rona. I expected more from Bie. The editing is not good. I remember that a particular scene repeated in the show, lol, the scene was shown twice. There is not much chemistry between the leads. I watched Bie Kpn's my girlfriend is an alien. I really loved him in it, thats why I wanted to watch this drama. But I am very disappointed. My friend watched it too and ended up hating it. The dance both the leads do at the end of the show is so cringy. Especially the female lead makes it worse lol. This is what I honestly felt about this drama. Amazing Drama
I never expected this drama to impress me but it really did. It's more like a political/power struggle/revenge kind of drama with a strong female lead. If you are looking for a lot of romantic scenes and butterflies, you won't find it in this drama but still i ended up loving Li Changge and Ashile Sun. From the very first episode I really liked the plot. The other characters were also really good. Acting was good. Talking about music, i really like the song by zhou shen.I may not rewatch this drama but it has made it's mark on my mind and it will be on my top 5 drama list for sure.

A really good plot but bad ending
I really loved the acting, the music, the story line but yeah the ending was so sad and unsatisfactory or else this drama would get a 10/10.Lee joongi did a marvelous job. The costumes were amazing. The songs, especially For you by EXO CBX is amazing!
I really loved the cute and funny moments through out the series but i really wish that they ended it the same way as in the original version(chinese) where they atleast meet each other in the future. ????????. cried a lot at the end .

Fun, adventurous drama
I really liked this drama. I completed it in a day. Something about it got me hooked. There were funny as well as serious scenes. I really liked Gu Jia Cheng in this drama compared to Oh my emperor. The other actors also did well. I didn't actually expect this drama to be this good. Most of the latest historical/costume dramas actually makes me lose interest after the first 10 episodes or so. So i may end up skipping some episodes or dropping the drama. But, i didn't skip any part of this drama. It really entertained me.Was this review helpful to you?

A meaningful Drama
This is a school drama set in the 90's. I really liked this drama but I am not quite happy with the ending. I am the kind of person who loves happy endings with the leads being together. But this drama is reality. They all go their seperate ways after graduating highschool. It's sad but that's how life works. I am not saying that it's a sad ending. It depends on how you take it. This drama reminded me of my time in the last year of my school life. The friendships, teachers, exams etc... The drama gives you a lot of good thoughts about friendship and life. That is why I call this a "meaningful" drama. Talking about the cast, they did really well. Wang Peng was really cute as Yangxi. Acting was really good. I wouldn't watch it again but you can get a lot of insights from this drama.Was this review helpful to you?

For Me, A one time watch drama
gu wei yi and si tu mo are so cute together. They go through lovely as well as funny moments. I really liked the drama till the end. I don't think I am very happy with the ending where they have a kid. I think that the drama should've ended with them just getting married. The other characters are interesting too . I really want to mention Gu wei Yi's jealous lab mate. He is so funny. Even his teacher was funny. I wouldn't watch the drama again, but I think its pretty nice for a one time watch.Was this review helpful to you?
Inspiring and Entertaining!
Although this one was really popular i didn't wanna watch it as I don't like medical dramas (although i am a pharmacy student). But my mind was blown! I really wanna say that this drama changed my university life. Lately I found myself lacking energy and inspiration when it came to my med studies but this drama literally inspired me a lot and encouraged me to be a good healthcare professional in the future. I really love how they showed the dedication, patience and hardwork that healthcare professionals have.I really loved the acting! All of the actors were so good. They had really good chemistry. my only disappointment is that we didn't get to see Uju in the last episode. I really love his cuteness and smartness. The OST also deserves praise. It really added a lot of emotions into the experience. Overall this is the favourite drama I have watched so far!

The best!!!! Perfect Drama!! A must Watch
This is literally the best drama i've ever watched. After watching over 50 chinese and korean dramas, this one is the absolute favorite. It made me laugh out loud . The story is so good. The twists are funny as well as breath taking. The actors were perfect. So many interesting, funny as well as serious characters. You will end up falling in love with the male lead, the fiery priest, Father Kim Hae Il. He really nailed the role.The very first episode made me sleepy, but from the second episode, i got completely hooked. I didn't know that a crime investigation drama can be so interesting and funny. There is no cheesy romance or useless love triangles but Only perfect chemistry between the main characters. The ending was literally the best!! So fantastic!! whoever is the mastermind behind this drama, hats off!

Dissapointed
season 2 is a direct continuation of season 1. Season one was a bit more interesting and fun to watch compared to season 2 which is so serious and frustrating. I really got frustrated because of the fact that Chuxia and Qilu 's relationship actually doesn't make much progress. The love rivals are just too annoying and the ending was so dissapointing. Also, the other guy that really loved chuxia and wanted to be with her turned out to be her cousin? WTF??? I was hoping that maybe the ending can make me feel better . But again, so bad. he just hugs her and says "I like you". That's it! All the effort you took in tolerating the annoying plot and characters was just for this kind of ending? Seriously?? Inspiring
This drama is really inspiring especially for athletes. I think all the actors did a pretty good job. Steven Zhang is such a good actor.Janice wu is really bold. I really liked their childhood flashbacks. It was so funny and steven was so adorable. The music in the drama is also really. I feel that there were too many people having love interest for the leads. Female lead had two men (excluding male lead) wanting to pursue her while male lead also had two other women wanting to be with him. I also think that the drama would've been outstanding if some parts were avoided. overall this drama is romantic and inspiring.Was this review helpful to you?

Draggy but okay
Cold male lead having amnesia, That's what this is! But I don't think this drama is bad. I like dramas with cold male leads and Shan Junhao really is cold and rich second generation. Ye qianyu is a normal girl from a village. When he loses his memory after an accident, he ends up living with Ye qianyu and eventually falls for her. This drama becomes really draggy from when he regains his memories and forgets everything about the female lead. After watching it I really felt bad for Taichu, he really loved qianyu but she never paid heed. Anyways the ending . You will feel like you have seen certain scenes before as it is same like other amnesia dramas.Was this review helpful to you?
Fun to watch
I am not a big fan of supernatural dramas but still this one kind of impressed me. I have seen other works of janice wu and I was not as impressed as people say about her. But this character of her made me fall in love with her. Sometimes her expressions are way too much but it really matches her. It's so cute. Talking about the male lead, i'ts quite evident in the drama that he is not chinese. There are many scenes where his lip movements did not match the dialogues. But still, I really liked the character. This drama is funny as well as serious. It's a good one time watch drama. Such A Sweet Drama
This is the cutest school drama I have ever watched. Chen XiaoXi is so damn cute. I also liked Jiang Chen. I really liked their school life . It was so much fun with characters like Lu Yang, Jing and Wu Bosong. I really liked the guy called Wu Dazhong(if i remember his name correctly) who is their classmate and is very funny. I felt that the drama got a lil bit serious and just a lil bit boring when they entered their college life. Well ofcourse that's how it works. School life is the best time. The happy ending makes everything perfect. Would definitely recommend this drama. I also liked the title song of the drama . It's very catchy.Was this review helpful to you?

I have watched the original Taiwanese Version and after watching this I still love the original more. Here are my thoughts about this version. Dylan wang and Darren chen did a very good Job when it comes to acting. Dylan Wang as Daoming Si is so handsome even when he is angry. Shen yue is cute but I felt that she could've done better. She did much better in A love So beautiful and also Barbie Hsu's version of Shancai is classic . They didn't use shen yue's real voice. Someone dubbed for her and I think that this voice didn't suit her at all. sometimes it was too shrill. There are 49 episodes while the original 2001 version had only 27 episodes if I remember correctly. So as I expected, the story went off track.The first two episodes were so good ,as the story kept on progressing there were so many ups and downs. Everytime Daoming Si gets closer to shancai something bad happens and they keep on fighting. What was all that with Meizuo, Caina and Terrence. It was so boring that it nearly destroyed my interest to continue the show. episode 48 was so draggy. Again and Again, flashbacks of Daoming Si and Shancai's love story was shown which was not needed. The Ending? It was so confusing. Shancai Hit the butler and fainted lol. She wakes up dressed in a wedding gown and has a dream . when did the dream end? Why the hell was Thomas one of Daoming Si's best men? Why didn't Shancai's parents attend their only child's wedding? I was so confused. Anyways they got married and all ends well unlike 2001 version which continues with a terrible, horrible season 2 that broke my heart(eventhough daoming si and shancai reunite at the end). I really loved all the songs from the show. I think that it would've been better if they cut short it to like 30 episodes instead of 49.Was this review helpful to you?
