I still hope that scriptwriter didn't just take random facts about Yu Huan from the novel to use none of them in the finale, so his background should be revealed... but that might be too logical for this drama's scriptwriter 😀

I kinda liked Su Nuo in the scene where children wanted to give him medicine, that was cute, so I hoped he was not that bad, just confused about some facts in the past. But I haven't yet watched new episodes, only some trailers and spoilers)

He didn't kill her, he never confirmed that to QY, but it seems that he really did not want QY to know what that pendant meant and he needed her to stop looking for the murderer, that's why he didn't explain her anything about why he smashed the pendant.
This drama tricks you in the way it shows certain scenes.

I was intrigued by Su Nuo, and he looked handsome :D, so I hoped for some development, not just that he comes - he goes, ehh.
And yeah, Yu Huan should have turned against Cang Liu and fight them either on his own or with Kong-sea alliance, not be the final boss *facepalm*

Well, technically LY took punishment for medicine for QM's birth mother, it's just that QY came to ask for it as a member of the family. Yuan Lang should not yet be aware of weird relationships between QY and her two mothers.
And later in their performance in brothel, QY was harsh to LY, while QM was soft, so it did looked as if LY and QM had more intimate relationships than LY and QY. In general, for those times it would be quite bold to assume that a man wants to marry one sister but loves another one, so I don't think that Yuan Lang suspects anything like that... yet.

Yeah, when it comes to LY's father, you can immediately see how his composure breaks, so if they are to investigate his father's death in future, I doubt he can stay calm and rational.

I wonder if their bracelets will help Yuan Lang to figure out that QY is the actual LY's weak point in Qui family.

Btw, Yuan Lang is taking their family down just because of LY, and I am not sure that QY is already aware of that.

I think all the viewers here in comments didn't suggest a much more complicated version about her mom's death, than granny killing her for having an affair. So we are not much smarter than QY 😁
But we just don't know all the facts, and we are not shown all what happened, and QY is in the same position 🙂

Yeah, I know she dosen't love QX but she likes him, and she is ok about spending time with him, just when he wanted to give her books as presents, she felt that there was a gap betwen their feelings to each other (his were deeper and much more romantic) and it made her feel not right. But she didn't really push him away and in later episodes she didn't mind when all around (QM, mom and even LY) were assuming that QX was still her potential fiance.
I really wonder what QY will do next about QX in upcoming episodes as trailers didn't show him at all *excited* ))

Nice idea for the plot, but script is a mess, some dialogues simply don't make any sense, and that's not because of poor translation. ML looks too immature for this role, FL first was cute and smart, but then began to behave a bit dump and noisy as many other FLs... (sigh) But for the plot I'll try to finish this, there are not so many episodes.

QY becomes more patient to her terrible family and asks them to be united.
QM goes to live somewhere else, but is not happy there either.
Then QY gets out of brothel somehow, changes identity and becomes LY's concubine.
Bad guy falls in love with the most terrible sister?😁 Bless them!

So exited about the trailers. Some things I understood (spoilers!):

Sure, and I feel like protecting poor Qin Xuan, because people should appreciate kind characters more. He is just kind, and he is there for FL, and if I were her, I would appreciate his support too.
If in the next episodes QY tells him she doesn't have romantic feelings to him and never gonna marry him but he will continue to pursue her - that would be another thing. Then he better just evaporate :D

Yeah, that reaction was too rational in comparison to her reaction when LY's pride could suffer.
I feel like QY currently friendzoned both men :D XQ - just because she doesn't have romantic feelings to him, and LY - because he was supposed to marry her sister.
I wonder, just in theory, if she would be happy in marriage with XQ if we delete LY from this drama... but probably after some time both of them would be tired of each other :D

For me he is one of the best SMLs, I like him as character and I like the actor. I don't find him spineless, he was brought in a loving and supportive family, unlike QY, and he didn't face big loss like LY, but in given circumstances he demonstrates quite a lot of will, while not ruining his relationships with everyone around, as QY usually does.

Yep, and after that ML basically went on a date with the sister of his wife-to-be, and everyone in the comments were delighted about that.
While QX gets hateful comments just because he does what he is supposed to do for a girl he likes, and who never told him she didn't like him back.

I think they are second couple, so we have to accept this :D And I actually understand QM most of the time, maybe I don't respect some of her decisions, but I do understand her.
I agree that she doesn't deserve QX yet, but I think I already see some good changes in her character.

But it's like... ML got himself into marriage with QM, and that was a bigger obstacle for main leads than QX ever was. But noone is angry at the main lead for that stupid and rushed decision! (pfffff)

I think that QM started to change and will soon become a stronger person. And I do agree with her that if QY truly cared about QX, she would ask him to stay away from Qiu family. That was a very good remark. When LY was on his knees and agreed to take whip punishment, QY was much less rational than she is now when QX wants to risk his future to help her.

Please don't attack the good boy Qin Xuan just because you want main leads to spend more time together *takes out a virtual knife*. They will - and soon. In the meantime Qin Xuan is just doing his best to help.

He is a good boy and a great character, it annoys me to read angry comments about him, while he didn't do anything bad so far. He likes a girl, she seems to like him back, she is in trouble, he tries to help.
It's natural that main leads are not in vacuum as in some other dramas, where they bump into each other in almost every place where they go. No, here they have their lives, they have people around them, and complicated relationships with them. Leads will soon have more time together, in a plot trope which seems to be a total cliche, but I hope that our talented scriptwriters will make the best out of it.
