Baijue managed to save some part of Shanggu, so that Houchi could be born. The problem is, that because he saved her, the tribulation of chaos will come again. So additionally, he figured out how to cultivate chaos so that this time he could sacrifice himself instead of her. He doesn't want her to know about this plan, and always planned to stay away from her, but his new "body" (Qingmu) somehow met her and they fell in love.

What "own pleasure ", what are you even talking about? The world was in danger because of uncontrolled chaos, many beings could be killed by it if god of chaos would not take charge. Noone knew that tribulation of chaos meant that god of chaos had to sacrifice herself. Baijue and Zhiyang wanted Shanggu to be strong and able to control chaos which could destroy all of them. If Tianqi didn't want her to take that responsibility he could consider other options in those thousands of years before they asked Baijue to train Shanggu, but what did Tianqi do instead? He was drinking and dancing with his girls and having a great time. And when he found out about tribulation, he decided to sacrifice two realms to save one person, what a great idea (sarcasm). When criticizing Baijue, remember what your favourite character did. And why noone trusts him now among those gods who knew him when he was Tianqi. Btw, I love Tianqi, but because of him some big shit happened, and also he can be very annoying! 😋

Huh, I like many actors who usually play small parts, and quite often watch drama just to see their 5 minutes in it, but I am always open to like other actors and characters, and enjoy drama as a whole if it's really good. It's more typical for Chinese fans to behave the way you described, and that's so annoying 😁

I think it was already clear in the first arc, that Wuhuan developed some grievance towards Shanggu, because she was sure Shanggu would take another (stronger) divine beast. But tribulation happened and Wuhuan suddenly became one of the strongest remaining beings, and she liked it. She doesn't want true gods to be back and take away part of her power or all of it, moreover Tianqi will accuse her of Yuemi's death and she can lose her husband, so Tianqi is the biggest threat. I think her development as villain was ok. And as for Tianqi I didn't like what he did too, and I am afraid Baijue is gonna do the same annoying thing - have a stupid plan and not tell anyone about it.

Girl's name is Bai Shuo, chinese netizens think she is Yuemi's reincarnation. So... her parents are gonna die because of gods' fighting, as Fengran's protector died and then she went on a revenge spree. And they want to repeat this story with Tianqi and Yuemi? Even if with another outcome, it feels weird...
It seems that Tianqi knows what Baijue is up to and helps him a bit? I hope they cooperate, these two fools who never tell anyone what the hell they are doing!
