Well it was an anatomy revision. Too bad I wasn't paying attention. At one point I was wondering if it had the coronary arteries but then the blue highlighter came on 😂😂

It was actually a better looking heart than I had seen on other dramas.

Well the King is sorta floppy and lame. The other Wuling Mountain master is also not the strongest actor and the couple chemistry is not great.

The other evil guy is better. The bug eyed Queen was or is too bug eyed to take seriously. Its OTT.

So yeah its a great drama. I like it. Its not a 10 though.

Costumes. The costume designer keeps making Jin' an push his sleeves up. No 1 the clothing pattern is too complicated to weave for that time period so its obviously modern. No 2 NO ONE else in the world drama has the forearms exposed. I love RC but he doesn't have enough of the bigger arms or masculine forearm to carry it off when the costume designs are overwhelming him and made him petite looking even when he is 181cm.

The repetitive pulsating heart scenes are repetitive. The didrector devotes about 8- 10 seconds of screen time when it happens. So there are a lot of superflous movements.

His subordinate who discovered his identity who was then just killed by the evil guy? That was such a randomly jarring moment.

The confrontation scenes just didn't have the omph.

So all of us who rated didn't rate blindly.

Is she worth it? She doesn’t have much of a personality.

In ep 1? I read it. If its in ep 1 would skip it.

I will watch ep 9 later tonight but there are ep 5-8 to skip through. I intend to find their scenes and skip the rest of the stories. Not interested the the ML's ex or the intern and boss interactions.

Nah. I am going to wait for ep 26 to air and intendinf to watch ep 22 to 26 at one go. Its fine. I don't watch shows for their profound dialogue. I already read your post so I'd skip since I now know what happens. That's why I haven't read any posts on Shadow Love. To avoid spoilers.

No. I am really serious. Once I know I will anticipate it. I intend to fast forward that part. Which episodes? I genuinely will skip it. Its the suspense of knowing its coming...
