Lol. The government?

Sigh. I am waiting for more episodes before I marathon it.

This is going to be bad. If she aids in a rebellion she should be killed as per royal protocol.

Do you have any dramas to recommend? There is nothing to watch. I haven't started Royal Princess but I heard that the 2ML has the majority of the drama time.

Here we go again (this time I was hell bent on staying away from controversy),Y'all are right, FL has every right…
What I don't understand is that modern dramas have lying male leads who lie about their identies all the time.

Cross dressing female leads occur in historical dramas all the time. That's lying.

Male leads who lied about their hidden high ranking identities occur in half the dramas.

The circumstances are different. She is one of the least innocent and one of the most brutal pre- amnesiac female leads I've watched. There was this whispery reluctant assassin female lead that i can recall. However this FL has more kills to her name bar those xianxia dramas goddesses/ immortals.

Isn't he the typical tsundare or ruthless male?

The circumstances of what leads to the lie is different but other than that its a different plot.

Honestly though CJX honestly thought she was a bandit or either way a regular criminal. He could have left her to drown after all. She was just lying in the water. He could have ignored her. She wouldn't be the first person who has died or almost died. They do torture in this drama.

You guys are waiting for him to grovel. I am actually slightly worried how vindictive she might be. Other dramas have heroines who serve the ML burnt food, or ignore their sms, or run away from home and cry in the rain etc.

This drama? I am more afraid of emasculated or castration, poisoning him and then drowning him, cutting his tendons off etc.

I mean he did lie to a killer, a bandit and someone who has enough leadership skills to lead smugglers. She ain't exactly Cinderella or thr little Princess sitting in the courtyard drinking tea is she?

I am not watching ep 17 until ep 25 arrives.

Do you mind elaborating about the brothers? Loads of cryptic comments here.

Thanks.

I like the main couple so spoilers or not I am still watching. I am still trying to work out if she left him in a burning tunnel or trapped him in a burning tunnel. That's in the ending song. She didn't look happy with him then.

I actually think I might have issues with her being disabled then thrown off a cliff. I mean cutting the tendons when ther person knows martial arts. Who did that? That's actually very vindictive even by a bloodthirsty Chinese drama standard. The one up will be the one when tie the male lead and pulls him apart with horse. Now that was one bloodthirsty drama ending. If I know what that novel was I would have nasty comments to the sadistic writer.

Oh Dear, I think I need to hold to watch for the next 3 eps to prepare my heart. Coz, ep 17 last night made me…
Hah. That's my thoughts too. I haven't watched ep 17 but its single episodes for a few days so I thought I will wait till ep 25 airs or something. Since its a 40 episode drama.

Wasn't he a senior in his clan? Can't be too young right? I presume over 20 since half the Cdramas Ive watched lately stated that the female leads are supposed to be in their mid-teens.

Stop age shaming people cuz Jing Tian look the part !
Yeah well. That's why you can name actresses and I go like there are so many mid-20s actresses around but didn't know they didn't want to learn or do fight scenes.

By the way I am not even feeling argumentative. I am waiting for my seafood jeon to cook so on the phone in between replies.

I am only watching one Cdrama at present as the others have ended. Are you the one?

Nothing is catching my eyes especially all the xianxia ones where somebody always dies and you think or you imagine they come back in 3 years. Or 5 years. Or 500 years. I have no patience for all these.

I prefer those like " Fake it till you make it. "

You meam there's kissing? I must have missed it. This drama is kinda my snoozefest. Not the worse but not the best so I am watching it with only half my attention as it kills the time.

its unacceptable, right? She needs to stop with the violence.
Wow. If you view it as such....good luck with any show.

What kind of dramas can you watch with such views? Honest question.

Have you watch any Korean movies yet?

I've seen American shows where males roughhouse like that. Is it because she is a girl?

Those actress are well known. There must be lesser known.

He is 27 but need to look younger. She is 36 and needs to look younger than his 27. And then to under 20.

Like I said the drama is done. I just cannot believe that China cannot find a young enough actress who can do an action drama.

You like her and you finished the series. I actually like actresses in their mid 30s but in different roles.

There is this young YOUNG actress who does historical drama. I think the maid in The Double. Now she has done actiom dramas? She can act. And she looks youthful. I didn't even think about her until you mentioned all the other names.

Title Love’s Rebellion Spoiler
It's the same as you said, last minute happy ending.
What happened to them please? Ans did the Dragon Lord have his HE with that girl?

I am leaning towards dropping the drama.

I was commenting about the age of the character.

The actor has aged a lot since I first saw him maybe 2 years ago. He doesn't take a break and it has showed because I think he's overworking.

The Nan Yan character is supposed to be under 20 years old. She does not look fresh and youthful with foundation a mile thick. She is a good actress and acts naturally but a teen? No.

She does not because she does this thoughtful expression half the time and I like actresses when the part is correct or age appropriate. Envisage if its another actress who is under 25 years. Moot point now that the drama is over but it has distracted me half the time in all the episodes.

Goodness even the spoilers are not really informative. Now that I am 13 episodes behind- to continue or drop?

I don't buy the female lead being in her teens or just over 20 but the actress is like 36.

Hae-In has this mature city boy look with this styling. Love it, very different from his usual short shaven cut.…
The 2nd couple in the drama has just become one of my favourite 2nd couple of all time. Well in the top 5. The drama was worth it in that sense. It also has the most kissing I've seen in any drama. To the point I stop counting.

The 2nd couple though- explosive chemistry. Great acting. Very believable interactions.

The parents give me PTSD because my friends are the " eomchina." I don't know how the kids take it.

Oh well. I am intending to watch DNA Lover. Then have the 2 Cdramas - Are you the one and Love's Rebellion. So can't complain.

Have you watched " You are my secret." That's one of the nicest easy watch I've seen in years. Pure entertainment rather than idiotic angst.

If episode 1 is any indication the cast can do this in their sleep. I hope the plot develops and its challenging.

He did 3 way too melancholy romance dramas for my liking so I can't rewatch them. I do hope this will be lighter.

However I already see mummy issues with his mum.
