No they not connected but when you will watch Black(2017) you will see the mention of MOUSE(2021) which was planned by the creator for future in one of blacks episodes. When ya watch God's gift watch the extended ending of it in ep16. 5 also cuz ep16 end is rushed.. Atleast we got something extra in special ep regarding conclusion
