It's actually a new approach imo in xianxia genre so I enjoyed it a lot.. ND the third couple didn't appear at all in the last arc nd I liked them so hence why I deducted 0.5 for that nd 0.5 for ending.. It would have been among my most favs. Same as I reduced 0.5 for ending in alp otherwise it would also had been in my most favs a long time ago

This is pure historical none of the genre you mentioned. The whole show is divided into three different major arcs each arcs tone is different but the transition btw them is done very well imo. The romance is as I mentioned one of the most greenest couples.. There are two to three characters who were after leads but they never stood a chance cuz leads were so into each other after the first 10 episodes.. But they started feeling earlier. There's no divorce or anything like that Here. Fl had an interest in one guy at starting but you will eventually know why she wanted that life as you learn about her anyways this one isn't important as leads get married in ep 3 nd about the story I already said everything in my two comments attached together

I read that many people think the third major arc is draggy but my views are opposite it was tense nd that's what made it looking forward to the end conclusion was great imo except one pairing but it enhanced the plot also. All characters conclusion was good. The pacing was no way draggy imo nd in the end our lead pair had the best interaction(one of the most green flag pairings) throughout the story
