It's actually a new approach imo in xianxia genre so I enjoyed it a lot.. The only issues I had with it were that the end definitely could have been better if not for it getting shorten to 40 episodes.. The novel ending is good. ND the third couple didn't appear at all in the last arc nd I liked them so hence why I deducted 0.5 for that nd 0.5 for ending.. It would have been among my most favs. Same as I reduced 0.5 for ending in alp otherwise it would also had been in my most favs a long time ago
